Mojave Desert, California | 2017

Robyn stared at the walls of her motel while she was in her thoughts about leaving this place she had call home for so many years. She was making the biggest decision: stay and make herself miserable or follow her heart and leave with the love of her life. This wasn't the plan at all for her; but Robyn knew of his plans for leaving here and never returning. Tears came down her face as she reminisced about him leaving her for good. He told her he was broken and damaged and a man whom's heart was hollow.

She understood him she was just as damaged and broken as he was and that made for a weird perfect match. They were broken-hearted people and even though they were that that didn't stop them from going against everything they believed and stayed where they were both comfortable and that was with each other. Robyn couldn't live without him she tried so desperately to fall out of love but there was no use she was stuck. She didn't wanna be alone he wasn't leaving her here.

Chris walked the deserted dusty road with his shades and his backpack on ready to start his journey and go beyond this place he called home. He was running away from everything in his life to go find himself again and discover things that he didn't know; but he knew one thing that he probably could never escape from and that was his heart and being in love with someone he was so desperately trying to forget. His mind kept thinking of only her and how he told her about what he planned to do. He remember like it was yesterday her face filled with tears as she begged him not to leave her.
