The Deadly Twins

The beginning

Lady Shiva looked down at the little humans she gave birth to. They were precious and she couldn't believe that she was going to leave them in this cave to wait for their father.

The boy was asleep, he looked peaceful. The girl was looking at her with wide trust-filled eyes. He was only expecting one, she could save the other from the horrible life they'd lead. No she couldn't think like that. They were going to their father.

She stoked the fire and left. The girl started to cry loudly startling her brother awake. He started to cry too. About 2 or 3 hours later David Cain came to the cave.

It was very cold and he heard crying. He went further in to the cave and found a bed with dried blood on it, that was just unsanitary. There was a large crib next to it where the cry was coming from.

He went over and looked in. He was shocked there were two. He wasn't expecting that. A girl and a boy. There was a letter clenched in the boys hand. He took it, opening it slowly while avoiding the bloody fingerprint stains.

It said " Dear David, I unexpectedly gave birth to twins. I named them Cassandra and Jason. That is there names don't change them. Our deal is done, don't bother me again. Sandra Wu-San. P.S  Jason was first."

"Well let's go, you two. We've got a lot to do. I wasn't expecting you Cassandra. " She stopped crying and looked at him. Studying him.

The boy had long since fallen asleep. Cain was going to have to work on such childishness as crying. He picked her up. She was freezing. Only her hand and right side were warmish and that was due to her brother.

He held her close while he picked up her brother. "Let's go."

David walked out of the cave and got in the jet he rode there in. "Sir, we don't have a second baby seat." His servant announced.

"Then you will hold the girl all the way there." David snarled at the man.

"Yes Sir." The servant took the children and strapped Jason in the seat.

Jason woke and looked at the man wearily when he sat down next to the seat with Cass in his arms. Cass looked at Jason and smiled and like they were communicating Jason smiled back and then looked towards the window.

They arrived at Cain Manor a few hours later. They were both asleep when they landed.
