Serena's POV

The cabins were towards the beach. Dawn and I reached ours, it had a Froakie's picture on it. As Dawn turned the handle, I saw some people and Pokemon over the beach. Dawn went inside and I followed. There were already three bags inside. Two duffel bags, orange and purple were on one of the lower bunk. A backpack was hanging off the step ladder for the same. Looks like we couldn't even choose out bunk cz someone just beat us to it. Dawn pushed her suitcase under the bed and plopped down on one of the armchairs.

I threw my bag onto the top bunk as she said," Come lets meet the others."

I nodded and we both left the cabin. There was a battle near the beach. Guess there were battling grounds there. We reached the Squirtle cabin. I heard a shriek inside. I turned the handle and I saw Barry laughing his head off while Misty was looking red. Oh boyyy, this ain't gonna turn out good.

"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE EVEN DOING, Huh?!!!"

Barry was now, cowering in fear as Paul was just standing in the corner with a smirk on his face, while Clemont was on the top bunk totally chickened out. After all Misty could be like a terrorist sometimes. Apparently there was a Ariados in the bed and Misty shrieked and hid behind a table in fear as she is a afraid of bug types.
Barry caught it and then he let it out and Misty was whimpering so he called it back, shades of laughter. Misty totally made him have it. We went out to see that the others were out and there was a heavy argument. When we got closer, we knew it was the typical one. Over the bunks. They settled it when Paul shouted," Hey that is a
pretty fierce battle. Let's go watch!!" pointing towards the beach.

We all trudged towards the beach with long sighs. Misty wasn't done with Barty yet. She nearly chewed his head off. We sat down near the benches a little distance from the beach. We could see the majestic setting Sun in the horizon. We couldn't make out the Pokemon battling cz we were opposite to the light. We later got to know it was a Buizel, when one of the trainers yelled and asked it to use Aquajet.

Even though we couldn't see the battle properly we could make out it was pretty fierce. Neither side bowed to the other and the battle was raging after half an hour had passed. We then decided to leave the park and head back to the cabins cuz it was getting dark. We bid goodnight and went inside ours.

"Huh. Those two still haven't returned."

I saw the place was just as we left it. Dawn went to the bathroom first and then I followed suit. She was just typing up some of her stuff when I came out. We then heard two sharp taps on the door. We had locked it from inside. Dawn jumped off her bed and opened the door.

Two boys entered the cabin. One was wearing a purple shirt and black pants with a chain around his neck. He had spiky hair and wore camouflage boots. The other was shorter than him. He had a black t shirt on, with a blue jacket over it. He had wild Raven hair and had a Pikachu on his shoulder. Then they notice us. They had previously been talking about something else.

The taller guy then said," Hey girls! I'm Gary. Wanna grab a coffee?"

The other boy simply rolled his eyes.

"Gary they are gonna think you are some idiot. We haven't even met properly and you've already made your move. Have some shame."

The other boy then introduced himself," I'm Ash and this is my partner Pikachu. Im gonna be the world's greatest Pokemon Master. And this is my best friend Gary. We have come from the Kanto region."

Dawn smiled and said," Nice to meet you guys! Im Dawn Berlitz and this is my friend Serena. I guess it will be fun to team up with you."

I gave a slight smile and I Ash smiled back. Gary them interrupted," Yeah yeah. Ashy boy nobody asked you to pose. Stop smiling."

Serena," I know I'm awesome and you can't help smiling but please don't stare. Also I don't give out autographs. Only signed portraits."

I giggled. I think it would be fun even with this guy showing off.

"Well then let's head to Dreamland. Time for bed." Ash said. "Ashy boyy, nobody asked for your opinion. The three of us are gonna grab some lattes."

"Real funny Gary. Go to sleep." Said Ash.

Looks like we were in for a fun time. They used the bathroom and had an argument over the bunks. Gary said that he should get the bottom since he is the master. Ash's argument was that he kept his bag first. Ash just sighed and climbed up to the top. I did the very same. I lied down facing him while he did the same. All was peaceful for some moments as I checked him out. He wasn't very tall but looked pretty cute.

Gary then butted in," Serena, if you want you can take some quick peaks at me anytime in the night. You don't have to stare at Ash. I said no staring but I can make an exception for ya!"

"Just shut up and sleep Gary" Ash said, slightly red.

I let out a small giggle as he looked towards me. I finally noticed his eyes. They were a deep shade of brown. I bore into his eyes as he bore into mine. For that moment, everything stopped. There was something familiar. I gasped.

It was him.

" Also I forgot Serena. No cameras without permission please." said Gary.

With that I fell asleep, pondering into my past.
