HARRY

"He broke up with me Harry! He's gone!"
She cried hysterically at the other end of the line.

I felt bad for her but I didn't know how to console her. It was an irreplaceable loss for her. I felt guilty for bringing up his name now.

"Sascha, whatever he's done for you, he's done it to make you better."

"How can that make me better? I'm broken! The pain is so bad my chest hurts every time I think about him."

They had so much love between them. I couldn't help but feel jealous for never having something like that.

Whoa! Jealous?

"Sascha, hold on a sec. I have someone here who could talk to you and give you some helpful advice."

"Harry I don't want someone else to know my problems please?"

"It's okay Sascha. Hi I'm Liam. And I completely understand your concerns. But believe me. Harry is a useless person to talk to at such times."

She actually laughed a little on the other end. At my expense. I will get back to you over that Sascha. The boys were all sitting with me when I called her up to ask how she was doing. And when Liam saw how helpless I was, he signalled for me to put it on speaker.

"So I can talk to you Liam?"

"Yes Sascha. You can. Tell me all about it."
So she started narrating the whole thing, right from the incident at the nightclub to what happened when he left her yesterday. Her sobs could be heard the whole time. And all the while, the boys listened patiently.

At the end of her narration, Liam spoke up.
"Hey Sascha darling, it's okay. Everything that has happened, is for the best. It's obvious you guys were going wrong. And somewhere someday, it had to stop because, let's face it, you guys made love seem bad. It was really brave of him to take the first step eve though it's harsh on you. But believe me, at the end of it, you'll come out a stronger person."

"Hey Sascha, it's Louis. I hope you don't mind the fact that I heard your story too. I'll just say that look at it this way, as the days go on, you both will become better people...maybe for each other or not. But you make your own decisions, write your own future. Take it in your hand now. Don't be afraid. And each time you cry, let the pain flow out bit by bit as well."

The boys went silent. And so did Sascha.

When she finally spoke, she wasn't crying anymore. There was resolve in her voice.
"You boys are angels. I'm going to take this life changing opportunity and work on myself. Thank you so much for all those words. And I'm sorry for bringing my drama to you guys."

"It's okay Sascha. We're always there." Louis assured her.

After we ended the call, it was Niall who spoke up first.
"I think we can do something life changing for the girl soon. Harry, we're going to help you convince Simon."

Although I was heartbroken when Derek left, the motivating words I got all around made me feel like each day is passable.
