Nandini's POV

Manik Malhotra is just impossible. His each word made me feel so disgusting. I seriously hate him . I don't want to marry him. He is not even worth my tears. I quickly wiped my tears when i saw Manyu coming towards me. He came & sat by my side. I smiled faintly, though i know that he knows the difference between my fake & real smile...

"Nandu I heard ur and Manik's conversation..." Manyu said. I hugged him & sobbed. He patted my head & said, "hey hey...ssh...shh baby doll...aise nahi rote...mujhe 3 years baad mil rahi vo bhi hue??? You're my strong girl na??" He asked & i nodded like a kid. He then wiped my tears."toh ab chup ho jaa... vaise bhi agar itna royegi toh yeh jo apne face pe POP lagyi hai yeh hatt jayegi..." he said & we both laughed.

Manik's POV

As soon as I hung up the call, I went down & saw Abhi wiping nandu's tears... now i have to make sure that I control my anger whenever I am talking to her. Huh...yeh ladki itni complicated kyu hoti hai... yaar chal chod lag jaa preparations pe....voh kaise manegi yaar..kisse puchu???... my chain of thoughts was broken by nandu's phone ring & I was able to hear the conversation as Abhi took it and put it on loud speaker.

"hey mumma hume mil gayi deal.." Nandu said.

"Congratulations beta!! voh toh mujhe Pata hi tha aakhir tu aur manik ek saath jo deal ke liye gaye the. Aur suno beta jaldi ghar aajaao tum tumhe shopping pe jaana hai Manik ke saath as tumhari engagement fix hui kal...jaldi aana bacha!!" Aunty was in a hurry, i believe. She cut the call without even waiting for a reply.

Nandu kept the phone back in her purse & hugged Abhimanyu and said, "I don't want to marry him..he such a monster" she was sniffing.

I was feeling so disgusted. how can i think like this about her? Then Abhimanyu said "are nhi karna hai toh mat kar baba.... tere pass already options toh hai yaar, mene pehle hi bola tha mat kar shadi , agar nhi karni hai toh , what matters is ur happiness." to which Nandu replied "pagal ho gaya hai kya.?? duffer kuch bhi bolta hai. U know na everything toh bhi.... mujhe chearup karne ki jagah mujhe backup karne ko bol rahai , kaisa best frnd hai yaar" she said & hit him playfully..
