Quiet as you can,
Slowly breathe with me
Can you hear the raindrops
And the wind among the leaves?
Can you feel the world sighing
As it falls asleep?
Your reflection beckons you closer
Pulling you in deep.
The sky is spinning around you
The clouds are your domain
The peaceful birds lie in their nests
Free from spots, free from blame
You're whole, complete once again
Never before have you felt alive
And now as you plunge through the air
You realize that this,
This is life.
