chapter 21

*4 months into pregnancy*

I put my hand on Ashleys cute little baby bump, we were watching ridiculousness in the living room. I lift up his shirt and mess with his belly ring, I doubt it was still comfortable but he refused to take it out yet.

I play with it making him laugh. "Hey guys it's time to g... eww belly ring." My dad covers his eyes. "Time to go to the doctors." Ash walks up to him, lifting his shirt up he twists the ring around. "Eww, stop it." He whines, my dad was really weird sometimes.
I was very excited for this appointment, we were finding out the gender of the baby. I didn't care which, I just wanted to know and so did everyone else.

"Looks like you're having a boy." We look at each other, smiles across our faces.

"We should name him Dylan."

"That's sounds good darling."

*6 months into pregnancy*

"Andy, come here!"

It was 5am, I was in the bathroom with a razor in my hand, my depression was getting bad again. I set it down before I do anything.

"What's wrong doll?"

He puts my hand on his stomach and felt a kick against it. I smile, completely forgetting my depression. I moved my hand and the little bump moved with it. I lay down, keeping my hand there, everything would be just fine.

*8 months into pregnancy *

Andy helps me climb into to ultrasound chair once again. I'd been having to go to the doctor alot because there were some issues concerning the baby. Grandma said that the babies genes had mutated some how because it was rare for a vampire and neko to have babies together. And also I wasn't exactly a neko. (If u don't remember read earlier in book)

*9 months into pregnancy*

Christmas eve, damn this year went by fast. Ash was sitting in between his uncle Ricky, ant lisa, Vic, briar, Maria, cc, and Tod, they were all felling his stomach to see if Dylan would move. Ash gets a pained look on his face and walks to the kitchen, probably to find his grandma.

*Ashleys pov*

I think I was going into labor or something, I felt dizzy and Andy grabs my waist before I fall. "I think it's time to go." I say as a sharp pain goes through my body and liquid seeps through my pants. CC walks in and runs to find grandma as Andy carries me to the car.

I spent the past nine months terrified to push out a baby and now I'm in the middle of it. I scream grabbing Andy's hand. His eyes widen, probably scared that I was in so much pain. This was worse than being stabbed or breaking bones, both of which have happend to me.

I give one last push but hear nothing, just silence.

The doctor looks at me with pained eyes and hands me a small object in a little green blanket. All I do is stare, unable to process what just happened.

*Andy's pov*

Something was horribly wrong, I stare as a shadow lifts from to tiny object Ashley was holding but thought nothing of it. When to doctor came to take Dylan away he wouldn't let go hopeing that if he didn't that somehow he'd come back. All I did was blankly stare off into space not realizing the fact that my eyes were following a shadow around the room that wasn't attached to anything.
