"good evening everyone. I would like to introduce you to the Silver lake Pack. They have taken time off to come and help us so I would like you to treat them with respect. Now I give you the Alpha of the Silver Lake Pack, Alpha Chase Daniels."

I walked up on the stage with the rest of my pack members following behind me. "Good night everyone. As you all know my name is Chase Daniels from the Silver Lake Pack. I am here to work with you all against the rogues. As your Alpha has already told you, you are to treat all of us with respect as we are to treat you. If we are disrespected then we have no business helping a disrespectful pack therefore we will return to our territory and continue with our lives. I have made my point and now I shall introduce my pack members.

Beta Arnold Lewis. Specialised in tracking and third best fighter, his mate Allison Williams. Also specialised in tracking.
Delta Carter Mason. Specialised in hand to hand combat and will show you how to keep your wolves under control in hard times.
Jhalil James, best pack warrior and will be assisting in helping you all to use all you senses to their fullest and depend on one if the other is not available. And shes also my little cousin.
Darren James, Best tracker and brother of Jhalil and also assists in combat.
Cindy Ryan, specialised in technology and planning.
Tehj Jones, knows the lands and territories like any other and will be assisting in that.

These other five members will be helping in other ways also. I advise that you cooperate with them all. "

After my speech I stepped off the stage and went back to my seat. A minute later the meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from the beta, then it was time for dinner.

We all walked to the dining room and took our places at the table. All of a sudden that intoxicating scent I smelled earlier invaded my nostrils again. The most prettiful (Its pretty and Beautiful put together lol... Im a genius) girl i have ever laud eyes on, emerged from the kitchen. There wasn't even words to describe her beauty.

Then a frown made its way onto my face when I see that she was a servant girl. She walked towards the table with a large dish in her hands. I saw she tensed up and her eyes darted around the room. When they fell on me it was as if we were the only two people in the room.

I took the opportunity to admire all her magnificent features. Our moment was suddenly cut short my Alpha kade, clearing his throat. "Alpha Daniels this is one of our omegas and Biggest pack whore. I'm sure that she can help you with anything you ask her."

All of a sudden I just saw red and began attacking Kade. Soon there was a full blown mini battle between the both Alphas.

"Everyone stop!!" Jhalil shouted stopping all of us in our tracks. "Ummm hello everyone my name is Jhalil James and I'm from the Silver Lake Pack. Please do not mind the incompetent corricles. Both of you make peace now so we can eat.... Some of us still have needs food you know."

I puffed out a breath in annoyance. If only her name wasn't Jhalil James. I shook my head and just growled still remembering what that son of a bitch said about my mate. Pun intended.

'mate sad' my wolf Black whimpered in my mind. I looked back towards my mate to see her spaced out with a frown etched on her face. When she came back to her senses she looked at her Current Beta, flinched then went back to the kitchen.

'Jhalil I want you to go and see what's up with my mate... the girl who just went back to the kitchen.'
'sure thing Alpha. Another friend to show my weirdness to.'

Carey's POV

'Stupid whore! Look at what you did. You will get your punishment later. Now go back to the kitchen.' I looked to my father. 'Now!'

' yes sir'
I scurried to the kitchen to and stood spaced out reflecting on what just happened. All of a sudden the girl who stopped the fight entered the kitchen. She was coming directly towards me. To say I was surprised at what she said next was an understatement.
"Haii the name's Jhai... Well its actually Jhalil James but I wanted it to rhyme. Hahaha" she then stretched out her hands for me to shake.

I rose my eyebrows wanting to know how someone could be that happy.

"I'm Carey Black. " I shook her outstretched hands as I said so.
"So I hear that you're my Alpha's mate." she said with a warm smile on her face. I was shocked that she knew already.
"It doesn't matter. He's going to reject me anyways." I replied with a frown on my face. The thought made my heart clench.

"Oh he won't. I know my Alpha. He is going to love you. I mean what's there to not love?" she then had a look in her eyes that looked like she was mind-linking somebody.

"Anyways the bon fire is about to start. See you later!" then she skipped out the door. For some reason her presence made me feel better for a split second.

While preparing to go up to my 'room' my mate walked through the kitchen door stopping me dead in my tracks. We stared into each others eyes for at least a. Minute until he broke it growling, 'mines!'

He rushed over to me and engulfed me in a tight embrace as if I was his everything. He placed his nose in my neck and inhale my scent. "Now that I have found you, I am never going to let you go." and we stood there;him holding my and me allowing him because for once in my life I feel like nothing would happen to me and i was safe.
