"But when are you coming back?" I sniffled as he wiped my tears.
"I don't know. I'm sorry, Sky, I don't want to go, but I have to," His voice slightly cracks.
"This isn't fair."

"Hey Sky, Michael and I were planning on going on a trip today. You wanna invite Cal, and we can all go?" Layna hops down from the kitchen counter with an Oreo in her fingers.
"Alright. Where are we gonna go?" I ask as she hands me the Oreo.
"Surprise," She smirks and throws me the phone to call Calum. I dial the number I had been dialing for a while now. He picks up.
"Hey Cal. Me, Layna and Michael are going on a trip, you wanna come?" I wait for an answer.
"Of course! As long as I get to be around you," I could feel him smiling on the other end.
"Awesome, come over when you're ready, we'll leave then," I smile.
"I'm ready now, I'll be over in a sec," He says in excitement.
I hang up as Michael walks in the front door, his suitcase in hand.
"Hey! Are you and Cal coming on the trip with us?" He asks walking over to Layna.
"Yep, he's on his way now," I smile getting another Oreo.
Within 5 minutes Calum opens the front door holding a box of donuts. I remembered the last time we had donuts together.
"Hey guys, I got donuts for the trip!" He exclaimed setting the box on the counter.
"Hey Sky," He said walking to me, his tall frame towering over my head. I smiled and looked up at him, him looking down at me. We were so close we were touching.
"Kiss!" Layna yelled as she leaned against the couch.
I shot her glare and focused back on Calum's face. Me and him had been hanging out a lot more since we went to the cinema together.
We stood and just watched each other for moments until Michael broke the silence.
"Let's go lovebirds," He said grabbing Layna by the hand, not forgetting his suitcase, and leaving for the car.
I took a step back from Calum, considering we were an inch apart, and look back up at him.
"Did you pack?" I asked.
"Yup, it's in the car already," he smiled.
"Awesome, let's go."

Once we had gotten into the car and a couple miles North, we had reached the place. It was now 10:30PM.
"Here we are," Michael looked back at me and Calum, to Layna, and then back to the scenery. He had taken us to the beach. I had ALWAYS wanted to spend a couple days at this beach, but I had never even seen it in person.
"I got us reservations for the week. It'll only be us four and the beach," Michael said proud of himself.
"Yay!!" Calum, Layna and I yelled in unison, Calum clapping his hands. It was adorable honestly.
We all quickly stumbled out of the car, running to the shore and into the water.
"This is amazing!" I yelled splashing around as I ran.
The four of us ran around in the water, chasing eachother, laughing.
Calum was running behind me, and started chasing me.
"No!!" I screamed as I was unable to contain my laughter at all. Calum finally caught up to me, wrapping his arms around me from behind and holding me.
We then became silent as he spun me around to face him. "Hello," Calum smiled. I could feel his heart rapidly beating as he pulled me closer. I looked up to his eyes, him once again towering over me. My heart felt as though it would burst out of my chest as he leaned his head down and close to my face. I closed my eyes and felt his soft lips on mine. I could feel him smiling through the kiss, which made me smile as well.
It lasted for 10 more seconds until he released the kiss. I looked up at his smiling face, making me smile more.
"That was.... amazing," I laugh.
"Yeah, it was," Calum agrees as he pulls me into a hug.
We made our way to the shore again and sat down together, as he wrapped a towel around my shoulders.
"Hey you two, Me and Michael are gonna head back to our cabin," Layna informs us. Michael walks ahead as Layna looks back at us.
"And don't think I didn't see that thing you did earlier," Layna winked at me.
She ran back to Michaels side as Calum wrapped his arm around me.
"What are you thinking about?" He asks, breaking the silence after 1 minute.
"Everything," I said, fixing my gaze on the water, "what about you?" I ask looking back up at him.
"You," he smiles, making me do so as well.
I lean on his shoulder and smile even bigger, remembering the time I had met him.
"Remember the first time I had met you, and you gave me this tattoo," I said holding up my wrist.
His emotion became sad, and I felt him look away.
"Cal, what's wrong?" I ask.
"N-nothing, I'm alright," He says trying to hold back his tears.
I kiss his cheek, trying to cheer him up. I don't even know why he was sad.
I felt myself get sleepier, and my eyes start to collapse. After a while I was fully in a deep sleep. Calum noticed and carried me back to our cabin, laying me on the bed.
Even though I was still asleep, I could feel the bed dip down beside me, and I could feel his arms wrap around my waist, pulling me closer to him.
"Why don't you remember me"
