I reached into her desk and took out the letter I had seen her keep inside before lunch break. Looking around and making sure noone was present, I started reading it..

Today was one of the most terrible days of my life. Ashley passed away. All this had started when she had drunk the orange juice at the party and had coughed up blood and ended up in the hospital. She passed away soon after...What I can't believe is how this happened.. I myself had handed the glass to her. And how come she had such a reaction when I know she didn't have an allergy to it.. Gosh it hurts so much..

I heard someone coming to the class and hastily kept the letter back in. But in my hurry, I pulled something in the desk and a bottle fell out.

I was reading yesterday's newspaper while sipping coffee, when an article stuck my attention.

Christina Jamison, 28,accused of murder of her classmate, leaves prsion today after 10 years of imprisonment due to reduction in her sentence owing to good behaviour, age of the accused.

The cup slipped from my hand. And I started finding it hard to breath. Just then I noticed the small piece of paper stuck to the bottom of the cup.

Ashley didnt deserve to die. I didn't deserve to have 10 years of my life stripped from me. But you, definitely deserve your death.
