My mommy and daddy had been having a tough time having another child, so the doctor recommended the adoption alternative. I personally couldn't wait to see my sibling. Also, according to grandma, the adoption was much faster and less painful for mommy anyway!
I walked around as I held my daddy's hand.

We were currently just looking around and greeting some random kids. They all were really nice, but...
My attention was then drawn away from the kid that my mother and father were talking to as I saw tufts of red. I looked and examined the owner of the red hair, only to see a boy who wasn't very much older than me at all.

I walked over to the boy who was sitting by himself and decided to talk to him.
"Hello!" I cheered, making the redhead jump.
He turned around to face me. He seemed pretty upset with me, but-
"You have panda eyes!" I cheered. "Really pretty and kawaii panda eyes, Nii-san!"
"Huh?" Asked the redhead as he rose and invisible eyebrow.
After that, the nii-san and I began to talk and play with each other. He was really cool! Also, a year older than me.
