I open the door slowly, not wanting to startle Jordan. Quietly, I head back to my room. When I enter, Jordan is asleep on my bed, cuddling my pillow.
I walk up to my bed and sit on it, staring at him.
He jumps awake, his eyes wide with fright. He quickly stands up, fixing his clothes.
"Uh...um I-I'm sorry." He stutters as he slowly exits my room.
"Dude, it's fine. It's your house, you do whatever you want. But, quick question, why were you sleeping in here?"
"I... Uh... Missed you." I says, hiding his face.
"Aww, come here!" I motion him in for a hug.
"I must seem like a creep."
"No. You don't.... Wow, I was gone one night and you missed me already?"
"Yeah." He blushes.
I exit the room and sit on the couch, patting for Jordan to sit next to me. When he does I lean against him.
He turns on the TV and puts on some random show.
We sit there quietly for a couple minutes. Then Jordan lifts his head and kisses the top of my head. I feel myself blush.
I brush it off, pretending nothing happens.
It's probably just something platonic.
After a few minutes he grabs my hand and holds it, rubbing his thumb against the back of it.
I get up quickly.
"Jordan, I can't. I'm sorry. I-I'm dating Mark."
"Oh. I'm sorry, that was rude of me. I... Um. I'll be in my room." He speed walks out of the room and shuts the door quickly.
I walk over to the door slowly and knock on it lightly. There was no answer. Opening the door, slightly, I see Jordan sitting on the corner of his bed, sulking.
"Jordan? Dude, are you okay?"
He doesn't respond.
"Jordan?" I sit next to him, no answer. "Sparklez?"
I get up. "Nevermind, I'll leave you alone."
I shut the door on my way out.
I wonder what's wrong with him.
