"Awwww, Birdie, I missed you! Yes I did! Kissy kissy!!" Asuki cuddled Birdie to her chest. He started to purr.
"Congratulations students on finishing the initiation!" Glinda announced.
Everyone cheered.
"We will now begin the team ceremony. Will Coco, Velvet, Fox...." Asuki tuned out Glinda while she appointed different teams.
Finally, after about a half hour....
"Asuki, Violet, Notch, Zane."
Here we go!!!!
She and Violet approached the stage along with two other people, both male. One was tall, with black hair that had a blue streak wearing a black cloak and had a half moon necklace. The other was about my size, with bright neon-green hair and a bright pink shirt and ripped blue jeans. He smiled mischievously as he hopped onstage.
"You are now team ZANV."
We all smiled at each other.
"With Zane as your leader."
The guy with green hair suddenly whimpered, his smile faltering.
"You okay, dude bruh?" Qrow asked, patting his shoulder. "Was it something your drunk mind recovered from memory about... Ahem.... Last night?"
Zane's face grew pale.
"Come walk with m..... OW!!! Glinda what the h--"
"Qrow, your behavior is highly inappropriate. See to your office immediately. I apologize, students, Qrow is uh- drunk again. We shall continue with the ceremony momentarily." She said, dragging Qrow away angrily.
"Good luck with your lady!" Qrow called over his shoulder.

"Brandon, Brittany, Aubry, Kayla."
Brandon approached the stage, Brittany holding a high chin as she followed him.
Two girls about the same size also approached.
They had linked arms, both having pink hair swept into a ponytail and purple eyes, wearing short pink dresses with a laced collar and white lace tights and purple shoes. Each held a purple umbrella with black swirls and white lace. The black swirls matched Ying-Yan necklaces. One had Yin, the other Yan.
"Hi!" they said in synchronization.
"Hi." Brandon said kindly.
"Hmmph." Brittany scoffed disapprovingly at them.
The 4 of them stepped onstage.
"You will be team KABB." Glinda said.
"With Kayla as your team leader."
Brittany gasped in disappointment and sadness. Brandon pretended not to notice the tears threatening to spill from her eyes.
The girl with the Yin necklace squealed with delight and hugged the other one.
"Team leader!!!" She squeaked.
"Congrats Kayla!!!" The one with the Yan necklace said.
Brandon put a hand on Brittany's shoulder.
"I know you wanted to be team leader." he said quietly.
She tried to keep a straight face as he gave her a brief pat on the shoulder.
Then she broke into tears in front of the whole auditorium.
Everything went silent.
Even Aubry and Kayla shut up for once.
Brittany plunged her face into her hands.
Stunned, Brandon just stood there.
Then he slowly wrapped her up in a hug.
She was warm, her shoulders shaking.
Aubry and Kayla came over too, and wrapped around her. Glinda reluctantly joined too.
Asuki and Violet climbed up the stage next, followed by her teammates. More kids got out of their seats and joined too, until the entire auditorium.
They all wrapped up Brittany in a hug.
Eventually, Brittany stopped sniffling and announced:
"Back to your spots!!"
Brandon chuckled at her bossiness.
Everyone filed back into their seats
"Thanks." He heard her whisper.
"Anytime."
