Chapter 5 (Another Chance)

Just a short update.

I'm bored, what else could I do? Yep, as usual, go out and swing at the park.... I got my jacket and went out of my room.

"I'm gonna go out..." I said to the girls and went out. I looked at the elevator and stairs. Which path should I take?

I thought for a second...I wanna get tired, so I'll just go down the stairs. I walked down the stairs quietly....

I was already at the lobby. I'm completely sorry if my thoughts are blank, literally. It's just I'll think more if I'm already at the park...

I was already at the swing....just looking at the ground. There was a huge puddle right in front of me, but nobody tried to step on it. Why can't I try to?

I got up from the swing and stepped on the puddle. I took one more step until I lost balance and tripped.

Until someone caught me...

"Woah, easy, easy, are you okay?" Jonghyun was actually the one who caught me. I stood up straight and gave him a smile. But I can feel my right foot ache.

"Ow." I murmured to myself and touched my right foot. I gave him a fake smile and slowly walked to sit on one of the swings. When I finally sat down, I felt my right foot was numb.

Jonghyun just sat on the other swing and was just looking at my actions. Now I'm having a sprain, aish.

"Are you really okay, Loise?" He asked me. I nodded and kept on trying to massage my foot.

I can tell that Loise's right foot is having a sprain now.

"I know your right foot is aching, and you have sprain." I said and she nodded. I got up and helped her to stand up straight.

"Don't carry me. I'm fine, I can still manage." She said and I carried her, bridal-style.

"I'll go bring you back to your dorm." I said and walked back to the sidewalk while carrying her.

I looked at her face, which almost looks like a doll. She looked at me, concerned.

"Why are you doing this? I'm just fine, don't worry." She said and I just shook my head.

"Just let me do this, okay?" I asked her and she reluctantly nodded.

"THIS HURTS, DANG IT!" She yelled. I was massaging her right foot in her room. Good thing, Taeyeon let me.

"You shouldn't have bothered the puddle." I said while I was trying to track which part hurts in her right foot. When I pressed her ankle, she moaned.

"That's where it hurts bad." She said softly and I pressed it firmly. I can hear the bone crack, but she needs rest.

I stopped and sat down on the bed next to her.

"You feel okay now?" I asked her and she nodded.

"Thanks, really." She said and sighed. I looked at the clock for a minute. It's 11:00 pm already.

"Oh, I have to go." I said and I nearly left the room until she held my wrist and I saw her standing up.

"I wanted to give you something...it's just that, it's handmade. If you don't like it, I'll just go chip in to buy something." She said and gave me a bracelet.

There were 5 colors only: blue, red, yellow, sky blue, and pink.

It even had a rainbow whirl bead. It looks cute.

"No, it's nice, it's...cute." I said and she blushed. I wore it on my left wrist and she smiled.

"Oh, that's...good to know." She murmured. I kissed her for a second and pulled away. She waved bye and I left her room.

Until an unexpected MinA was right in front of me.

"Go. Now. Please." She said and opened the door. I got out from the door and looked at the sides of the hallway.

I have to go home, literally.
