I woke up to loud music and once I opened my eyes I saw Bri dancing on my couch.

"Bri?" I said with a raspy tone.

"Good morning A!" she replied. I can tell that she's oddly in a great mood. I just went along with it considering everything that happened so I don't mind. I got up and slipped on some slippers and I walked into my kitchen to make us some breakfast. I saw on the microwave that it was 12 in the afternoon meaning that my mother was at work.

"Is my mom gone?" I asked Bri. I figured she would know since she has been up.

"Yes and she wanted me to tell you to make sure your room is cleaned before we leave today." She informed me. I just nodded. I got out the eggs and bacon and fried us up 2 eggs each. I fried us each 3 pieces of bacon and then I got pancake mix and made us pancakes. I love cooking when I have the time so why not. As I was cooking my favorite artist came on through the speakers and I started singing along to the lyrics.

I knew that this was also Cameron's favorite artist too. We have been saving up to see Bryson Tiller in concert for months. And he's finally coming here in a month and we have enough money. So we're buying the tickets tonight! Which is very exciting. Maybe we can turn it into a date.

"Food is ready!" I yelled so that Bri could hear me. She walked into the kitchen as I poured us a small glass of milk. Although I am lactose intolerant, a little bit shouldn't hurt. Another song of Bryson's came on and it reminded me of Cam. I found myself smiling and apparently so did Bri.

"I see you smiling but what about?" She asked, taking a sip of her milk.

"This song just reminds me of Cam so that's why." I replied. She just smirked.

Pretty soon we were done eating and I cleaned our dishes and dried them and put them where I found them. I cleaned the kitchen and tidied up my room a bit. I picked out what I was going to wear for the day. I decided to look someone cute since I'm hanging with Cam. We're far from rich but my mom has always made sure my brother and I look good. So I have somewhat expensive clothes. I pulled out my favorite jeans. They were light jeans with holes all over. I smiled to myself. I then pulled out my Adidas black and white crop top. I gathered my underwear and things and went to the shower. My shower routine was normal. After I was out the shower, Bri took one too. I put on lotion and deodorant. I then did my makeup. I did light makeup because it's just Cam. I want to look good for him of course but I don't need a pound of makeup for that. So I just put on concealer and did my eyebrows. I put on mascara and that was it. I put on my fit and grabbed socks from my drawer and put on my black Adidas. I looked good for a change.

Bri was finally ready and we both looked good as hell. I don't think I've ever seen us this nice. I decided to take a few pictures with her and I posted them on my social media. I captioned everything "out with my girl" and tagged her in it. I got a text from Cameron.

Cam😎❤️: I'll be outside your apartment in 10 be ready 😊 and bring ur charger because I won't be bringing you home for a long time.

Me: lol okay. i'll inform bri and my mom.

"Bri bring your charger because we won't be home for awhile." I called my mom and she picked up.

"Hey mom I'll be home late tonight if thats okay with you? i'll bring my key with me." I told her.

"Sure hon just be careful and don't stay out way too late." I told her I loved her and that was that. Then Cam pulled up and I grabbed my wallet and my charger and walked out the door and into Cameron's car. Inside was Cameron of course and then Trey in the back. Bri climbed in the back and I got in the front. I greeted Cam with a hug and I saw Bri did the same with Trey. And said wassup to Cam. I just waved at Trey.

"I'm stealing the aux cord from you." I told Cam and he laughed. I plugged it into my phone and started playing Tiller of course. We were both singing and I decided now was the time to tell him about the tickets.

"Hey so you know we've both been saving for the Tiller tickets and I've finally got enough. So lets buy our tickets tonight!"

"Stop playin with me A forreal?" He said with a smile.

I nodded and he squeezed my hand. It gave me butterflies, it was a small gesture but it was cute. We sang along to the lyrics and I looked back to see Bri cuddling with Trey. I just smiled. We finally pulled up to Cam's house. Obviously there was no one home so we got out and walked in the front door. I went directly for the kitchen.

"What you got up in here" I yelled but laughing at the same time. I saw some reese's candy and quickly grabbed them. They were my favorite.

"So what are we doing?" Bri asked.

"I only have like $5 but I don't want to stay here all day."

"Don't worry bout that, I got you." Cam said and I smiled. We decided to go bowling. I haven't been bowling in forever so this should be fun. We got in the car and drove to the alley. I have extra money for arcade games because I love arcade games. We pulled up to the bowling alley and we went inside and paid for our games and shoes. We decided to play two games. I'm probably pretty rusty since I haven't  bowled in forever.

"Cam are you ready to lose?" Trey said while laughing. I started laughing and so did everyone else.

"Me? Lose? You can never put those two words in the same sentence." He replied. This is going to be lots of fun. It was my turn first and my first time up I bowled a gutter ball.

"That was just a warm up." I said while chuckling.

"Sure." Cam said. I just walked up and did my turn. I got a split and I started shaking my head. An hour and a half later we had finished our games. Cam won the first and Brianna won the second. I came in last place. I knew that was coming! We decided to hit up the arcade since the place doesn't close until midnight. I decided to go shoot some hoops. I was about to start and then Cam comes up behind me and scares me. I jump and let out a sigh of relief.

"Why would you do that!!" I said why laughing and hitting him.

"What?? It's funny!" I just laughed and soon we were leaving the bowling alley. Trey had to use the restroom and Bri waited for him. It was just me and Cam.

"So I don't know if you could tell. It's been really hard to tell u this but I've had feelings for you a while now and I've been trying to push them away and it wasn't working. It's okay if you don't feel the same way I just think I needed to tell you." He said with a sigh. I didn't know if I was hearing him correctly but I replayed it in my mind and he said what I thought he said.

"I do feel the same way. I've just been afraid to tell you." I said while looking at the ground. "I've also been scared to admit it because of the fact that you're my best friend and I didn't want my feelings in the way of that." He agreed.

"I just wanted you to know that you're special and mean a lot to me." I looked at him and blushed. "So i guess what I'm trying to say is, will you be my girlfriend?" Wow. Finally. I felt butterflies in my stomach.

"Yes I will be your girlfriend." I quickly responded and I kissed him. For the very first time. I felt great. Today couldn't have gone any better!
