It's as if the earth is standing still when you're in love, it's like time is so slow, your first kiss felt like yesterday. Well now it's been a month, the end of June and we were finally graduating. We were basically adored by the whole school. We were called that childhood romance.
The epic romance.
They say, I'm a lucky girl. The truth is, I'm the luckiest girl. He's such a beauty in so many ways not even words could define. He is so heavenly, and spontaneous. So many relationships don't involve mystery and adventure, and that's what most couples are missing out on.
Standing up on the stage and holding Maven's hand as he spoke about his future goals, which part of it, he spoke about me. I stared down upon the crowd as they awe'd and just then I imagined my parents standing by the front row of the chairs.
They're waving.
They're smiling.
They're proud.
I smiled at the thought of this even though it was heartbreaking that I couldn't have my own parents see me graduate. Even get married. I gazed up at Maven, and moved closer, so that my arm linked with his, causing a smile upon both of our faces.
"I can't wait to visit all these amazing places in the world that we are missing out on right now, don't sit around your house at 20 and think one day, I'll do this, no you have to get up off your ass..."
Laughter.
"And go chase that, because I sure didn't believe I could get my dream girl, but I did." He glanced down as he tilted my chin up before crashing his lips upon mine, everyone in the crowd threw their hats into the air.
Sounds like a dream doesn't it?
Don't assume so fast, it's only just the beginning...
_
It was the day after the graduation and I was invited to a party from a bunch of popular girls in school, Alison, Hayley and Mel. My plan was to stay home and watch some Full house. But then I thought...
What if I didn't go?
What if this is my last teenage fun?
And then, I finally concluded on, I'm not going to be young forever. Within seconds, I was searching through my closet of dresses. It was very difficult for me to choose since I naturally wear casual clothing.
Finally, I went with the black one, of course, that laced like an x in the back, and hugged my hips very tightly before lightly springing out, not as much though. Our fashion today is very snazzy. In my opinion.
While I stood by the door, waiting for my brother to hurry and come back with the keys, I stared out into the depths of the darkness, that slightly creeped me out. My hands trembled at the slight wind, as I gently rubbed my arm.
Ding, ding.
"WILLOW, call for you."
I hurried into the house, reaching for the phone and smiling at my brother before thanking him quietly. I pressed the phone to my ear slowly, and the heavy breathing instantly startled me.
