Minecraft Trouble in Mineville

Chapter 5-----Night stay

Alex heard ringing but didn't know where or what it was coming from. He then went to check where it was coming from and his ears stood up and flicked around if he was getting close. The ringing was coming from a telephone which he should have guessed but he isn't the brightest when it comes to sound.

He answered the phone and said, "This is the MPD (Mineville police department), this is Alex speaking, how may I help you?" The person on the other line said her name was Paint so he wrote it down and asked Paint what was wrong and she just said that she had the wrong number and hung up.

Alex thought it was weird so he traced where the call had come from and went to their house.

When he arrived, he walked up the steps to the front door and knocked on it. Paint opens the door and Alex introduces himself by saying that he is the guy from the police station. Paint feels embarrassed and shuts the door in his face. Alex knocks on the door again as asks, "So...can I come in????" She just replies with a cowardly, "Sure." Alex thanks her and begins to ask questions about why she called.

Whenever Alex asked Paint a question she would either nod or shake her head which made sense since she didn't like talking to new people except she did talk to Prince when they first met a lot but that was only because she had no choice to.

Finally when Paint got comfortable around Alex she started to say everything that happened that week with her and Prince and Alex just looked at her with wide eyes because it all just sounded like a porno.

It was getting late and Alex had a 30 minute drive to his house and right as he was about to leave Paint offered him to spend the night in her guest room and Alex said, "No thanks I think I'll just go home." But then Paint said, "But what if Prince comes! He does remember where I live you do know that right?" Alex then took the offer to sleep in her guest room, but he didn't get any sleep because he wanted to see if Prince would enter the house during the night. The next morning Alex knocked on Paint's bedroom door, he then opened the door to find that she wasn't there, but did find a note from Prince saying, "Have fun finding her pretty boy, SHE'S ALL MINE AND I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT TO HER NOW, which is pretty much just what I've been wanting to do to her all week and then after we do that I'll kill her. Oh and by the way I don't think you'll ever find out where she is. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Alex drove back to the station and searched the directory for anyone named Prince and a lot of names popped up so he got warrants to go into all of their houses to see if he could find Paint.

After he checked all the houses he then thought why would he make it that obvious of her whereabouts? He went back to where it all started, Paint's house. When he got there he immediately noticed that the some of the carpet was facing a different direction as if someone knocked her out and dragged her somewhere else. He tried to look for tire marks leaving the building but remembered that Prince didn't have a car so instead of dragging her on the sidewalk he probably got a garbage back, put her inside, and slung it over his shoulder. He went around to see if he could find any witnesses that saw him carrying a bag over his shoulder, no one knew what or who he was talking about until one person came up to him and introduced them self as RetroSpectrum. She stated that he saw a man in a suit carrying a black garbage bag over his shoulder and went to the very outskirt of the city on the west side which just so happened to be the way he was going. Alex thanked her and went on his way to find the son-of-a-bitch.

When he reached the west outskirt of the city he tried to hear for screaming, look for a black garbage bag, or a man wearing a suit.

Alex kept walking around until he saw a barn and as he got closer to the barn he saw Prince pinning Paint up against the wall and started to take off Paint's shirt before she started to fight back which caught Prince off guard and knocked him on to his back. So Alex stopped where he was and watched as she was letting out all of her anger out on this guy. He thought to himself, "damn she can really take care of herself." Alex could see why Prince was so attracted to her except it was a different reason, Prince's reason was because he thought she was sexy, but Alex's was that she could wield like no one could imagine, it was astonishing.

Paint then knocked Prince out with a really fast and hard sucker punch so then Alex runs over to her and asks her if she was hurt. She replied, "No but just get me out of here." She then went over to Alex and cried into his shoulder so he puts one of his arms around her to make her feel better which it did. Alex takes her hand and leads her out of the barn and walks her back to her house and told her to relocate in order for Prince to not come back, but she wouldn't have enough money to buy a house if she sold hers so she sniffled and asked him, "Could I just stay with you?" Alex didn't think of this and said that it was a great idea because Prince would go back to Paint's house and find that she isn't there but he won't stop looking for her so Alex suggested that she either keep a low profile or change her wardrobe, she liked the low profile idea better.

In the evening Alex served 8oz filets wrapped in bacon that he made himself. Paint devoured the whole thing before Alex even took a bite, he put down the piece he just cut and looked at her jaw-dropped. Paint then rummaged through his fridge for something to eat but couldn't find anything, he then said, "I'll go get some groceries tomorrow Paint, don't fret about not having food.

After Alex finished his dinner he showed Paint around the house and Paint asked, "Where is your guest room?" Alex never had the space for a guest room so he told her that they could sleep together. Paint looked at him with a deep scold. He then reassured her that it was fine by saying, "Don't worry I'm not like that one guy who is always a perv." She trusted his answer and pranced into the bedroom, got ready for bed, and then immediately fell asleep, and Alex joined her a few minutes later.
