It's been a while
Since I've written dark poetry
It's been a while
Since I felt so depressed
And one reason is
Because someone keeps
Bothering me in my mind
I don't know how he does it
But he somehow always
Make me smile
He tries to keep me
Away from the negative
But when I just can't
He'd have the courage
To stay and listen
He's the only one
I share my secrets to
The only one
I can ever count on
Little do you know
How much my feelings
Grow for you
I like you
No...
I love you
I tried to cut
Yet you then confessed
'Don't you worry,
I like you too'
'I love you'
It made me smile
Made me cry
It was the happiest moment
So far in my life
And so I wake up
With a smile on my face
Thinking of you
And your little ole ways
If it weren't for you
I'd be gone by now
You'd not hear a word from me
Not a single one
I just want to tell you
How much I love you
Words can't explain
How much it is, really
And so all I know
Is that I'll love you
For Eternity
