About the Author:

Author's Name (Wattpad)?

Morningvisions (inspired by the Imagine Dragons album) I’m Ash.

Where are you from:?

Canada

Where do you get inspiration from?

I am inspired by authors such as Laurie Halse Anderson, but the ideas of my stories are mostly inspired from—mine or else—experiences.

What are your interests?

I read a lot; I spend a lot of time on tumblr and my phone, listen to music and obviously write.

What genres do you like to read?

Young Adult/Teen Fiction, but I’m pretty keen when it comes to the sub-genrex. I usually go for books written around real problems common among teenagers.

What genres do you like to write?

Pretty much the stuff that I read, really.

What stories do you hate?

clichéd stories: nerd girl/player guy, but I might even pass on those if they have extremely good writing.

Any advice for budding authors who don't know where to start?

I’m not much of a pro, really, but I think reading is the first step for having ideas exploding through your mind.
