~Alex's pov~

This is going to be a lot harder than I thought. Evan and Jonathan keep trying to kill each other every time they're next to each other.

Nogla and Lui, a perfect pair. They'd be able to do a whole mission on their own. They're a real power couple.

Luke and Marcel, Marcel is pretty quiet unless he's talking to Luke. It's like Luke brings out a whole new side to him. Luke can make Jonathan do anything I've noticed. It's more of a brotherly bond more than romantic.

Tyler and Craig, same thing as Luke and Jonathan, Tyler would do anything for Craig. But theirs is romantic. Tyler would jump off a bridge if asked. Tyler's very possessive and protective of Craig. Craig's an amazing tracker for someone who just found out he could track.

Brock, he's quiet. He's the real leader of the group, no matter what Jonathan and Evan say. He's more mature, he's smart, and cautious.

Jonathan, he's scared. Of what? I don't know. There's something that he's trying to figure out. Like he's stuck in some delirious state of mind...

Evan, stubborn. He's afraid of rejection. He's experienced it before. He's afraid of it happening again. He's only got this team. He has the need to take charge. To lead.

I sighed and closed my notebook. This is going to be hell.

~Jonathan's pov~

I was peacefully sleeping when I felt something cold wash over me.

"What the hell?!" I yelled jerking up.

"Good morning Sleeping Beauty." Alex said smirking. "Put these on." He threw a pair off camouflage pants and a black shirt at me. "We're getting dirty today." With that he walked out.

Last night Alex gave us each a tent, well six tents. Brock, Evan, and I each got our own. Lui and Nogla, Luke and Marcel, Tyler and Craig all shared one.

I changed out of the wet clothes and into the dry ones Alex gave me.

I opened the flap to my tent and noticed a pair of Combat boots with a note.

'You'll need these as well. Get the boys and meet me at the river.

~Alex'

I took off my shoes and put on the combat boots. I noticed everyone else was just starting the get up and that they are wearing the same things I am.

"Tyler, I told you not to until we got back home!" Craig yelled at Tyler and limped slightly.

"Come on! You can't blame me. What you were doing last night was very... seductive." Tyler said shrugging.

"All I did was stretch, Tyler." Craig replied and pinched the bridge of his nose.

"And it was hot! Your back arching, your hands above your head." Tyler stepped closer to Craig.

"No more sex for a week." Tyler opened his mouth to complain before Craig continued. "I can make it a month." He said sternly.

"Fine. I'm sorry." Tyler hugged Craig.

"As cute as that was, we got to get going." I said, interrupting their moment.

"Go where?" Evan are stepping forward.

"To the river. Alex said to meet him there." Evan gave me a glare and mumbled something.

"Then let's go." Nogla said grabbing Lui by the hand. We all walked down the path that Alex told us last night led to the river.

"Tyler, carry me." Craig complained.

"Fine. Jump on my back." We all stopped so Craig could jump on Tyler's back. After he was on Tyler's back, Tyler grabbed his legs to keep him supported.

"Thank you." Craig wrapped his arms around Tyler's neck. He layed his head in between his arms and Tyler's neck.

Tyler smiled and we continued walking.

We came to a stop when we noticed a fork in the road.

"Which way are we going?" Brock asked.

"Shh. Tyler set me down." Craig said. Tyler set him down and he walked closer to the paths. "This way." He pointed to the right.

"How do you know?" Evan asked.

"I don't hear running water down that way. But I hear it down the right path."

"You're so smart Mini." Tyler said walking to him and kissing his cheek. "Let's go." Tyler wrapped an arm around Craigs waist and started walking ahead of us.

The rest of the guys made conversation while I followed silently behind them.

"Delirious." I looked to my left to see Luke. "What's wrong?" He gave me a worried look.

"Nothing." I mumbled.

"Don't lie to me." He glared and I gave in.

"I called my sister. She said we can meet up when we get back. She said I might not like everything she tells me." I stare blankly in front of me. Luke placed a hand on my arm.

"I'm sure everything's going to be fine. It'll help you, and me, fell better. Would you like for me to go with you?"

"Please? It'd feel better if you were there. I'm also sure you're the only one who can snap me back to reality when I get delirious."

"You'll do fine." He smiled and I smiled back at him.

"Thanks Luke."

"Look!" Lui said in his squeaker voice. Luke an I turned away from each other and looked at the sight in front of us.

A small waterfall that leads into a calm looking river.

"Welcome! This is Angel Falls. We'll be doing most of our training here."

"So, what are we doing?" Evan asked crossing his arms and tilting his head up slightly, exposing his jawline.

"Today, you are going to go against each other." We all looked at him confused. "I have the pairs already picked. Nogla and Marcel, Tyler and Jonathan, Craig and Lui, Brock and me, and Evan and Luke."

Luke tensed up beside me. I turned to face him and placed my hands on his shoulders. I spoke at a level that only he could hear it.

"You can do this. If you're afraid, don't show it. If he starts to hurt you to much, tell me. And more importantly, beat his ass." He nodded still a bit scared.

"Alright, partner up!" We all got with out partners and stood across from them. "On the count of three, you fight!"

"Lui, hurt him and I'll kill you." Tyler seethed at a shaken Lui.

"One! Two! Three!"
