#24 - Fire in the Hole

-- Angela's P.o.V --

"Shoot him Zayn, Shoot him." I heard Emely yell out.

Zayn then took fire. We heard the gun shot. We all then ran as fast as we can to see light. We all then heard another gun shot. I then heard Zayn scream in 'OW'. I ran back to where he was. His arm was bleeding.

"Zayn. Zayn." I yelled out running to him helping him.

"Angela get out of here." He yelled shooing me away. I didn't turn back I went up to him and helped him.

"I'm not leaving here without you." I whispered to him.

Emely and Harry were already out of the building. Me and Zayn both then heard another gun shot. I then found myself bleeding and falling slowly to the ground. Everything was then blurry. I felt someone carry me out into light.

-- Zayn's P.o.V --

Angela came back to help me which was sweet but she shouldn't have done that. It might risk her life.

We both then heard another gun shot but didn't hesitate to turn back until Angela stop in place. She held the side of her stomach. She then held out her hand to find blood flowing out. She then slowly fell down to the ground.

I saw Harry come back with a gun and shoot the mystery guy. I then started carrying Angela out. But Harry help me. He took over carrying Angela. We headed back to the car and then to the hospital.

"Zayn, Here's some water." Emely said handing me a glass of water. I took the glass of water from her hands and gulped it down my throat.

"Thanks." I smiled at Emely. I then looked back at Angela laying down in her bed. I then looked at the clock that that was hanging on the wall. It was 10 at night. Me and Harry's flight was in 8 hours.

We've been in the hospital for the past three (3) hours now. Angela had just recently got out of the ER. They had to do surgery on her just to get the bullet out that was in her body. They also did a little surgery on mg arm but I was okay now. But Angela on the other hand lost a lot of blood. I just hope that she'll wake up soon before me and Harry leave.

"Hey Emely?" I questioned looking towards Emely.

"Yeah Zayn?" she answered back.

"If Angela wakes up and me and Harry are already gone please tell her that I never left her side but right now I just need to go." I told her looking her in the eyes.

"Yes Zayn. I know how this process is hard. But she will understand. I wish you both luck in your trip. Be safe, okay ?" Emely said hugging me. I hugged her back. We both departed from the hug. Emely then looked towards Harry. "Be safe and don't go looking for other girls out there okay ?" she said with a serious face.

"Yes, Babe I promise that I'll be safe and I promise that I won't go looking for other girls. You're my one and only." I heard Harry say with a cheesy smile.

"Babe your so corny." I heard Emely giggle and saw her playfully punching Harry on his arm. I then saw them both hug. They both then smacked there lips into each others.

' Awwe they are so cute together. ' I thought in my head as I just looked at them and smiled. I then turned my attention back to Angela.

** one hour past by **

Me, Emely, and, Harry fell into a deep slumber after awhile. But I then heard groaning coming from Angela which woke me up.

"Angela?" I whispered. I saw her fingers move in the darkness.

"Z-Zayn." I heard her stutter. I then ran up to her and gave her a hug.

"I'm glad that your okay now." I said releasing from the hug.

"Yeah, I'm fine now. What happen ?" She asked.

"Well you came back and tried to help me out but then you got shot right there on your side stomach { a/n : Wait ?!?! ....do u call it side stomach or waist ? I'm not very good with naming the body parts lol but yeah. }. But I'm just glad that your okay now." I said pointing towards the spot where she got shot while holding her hand.

-- Angela's P.o.V --

{ a/n : I'm not gonna talk about the past at this moment just the present time because it already explained it pretty much in Zayn's P.o.V }

Zayn had just explained what had just happened. I feel a little bit woozy about this.

"Hey, Angela? I've been meaning to tell you something." I don't like it when people start like this.

"Yes Zayn?" I looked at him with curiosity evident in my face expression.

"I'm leaving later at 6. I have to fly off to do a photo shoot with the band. Since the xfactor audition I've been put with a band and now we have to go around and do concerts and stuff. I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner but I feel that I just had to tell you now." Zayn said it quite fast. "Angela, I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner, I just didn't know how." he finished of looking into my brown-hazel eyes.

"Zayn its okay I understand. I've been busy lately too that I had completely forgotten about all your xfactor needs." I said giving Zayn a warm smile.

We both just smiled at each other and gazed upon each others eyes until a phone ring interrupted our moment.

We both looked towards where the noise was coming from. It came from Harry's direction. Harry's phone was ringing. He woke up from the noise and answered his phone. He walked out of the room to talk to the person.

Me and Zayn got back to our little moment. But our moment didn't last long, as Harry came back inside the room. It seemed like he had some type of news to say.

"What's up Harry?" asked Zayn.

Harry started gathering his stuff up and putting them together, "Zayn we need to go, the other Lads are already waiting for us at the airport. Liam told me that they called us up early." He said fast as Zayn got off the bed and also started gathering his stuff up.

"Zayn, don't leave me here, what if they come back?" I was shaking, I was scared.

"An, I'll be back as soon as possible, I'll never leave you here." as with that Zayn and Harry left .

authors note : sorry I updated so very very late guys. I was having some internet problems at home so I couldn't update ASAP. And I had an argument with my mom so yeah.

And Also I just had started school again Monday ( August. 19, 2013 ) so yeah. Well its good to know that one of the few crushes I had is in my 4th period and 8th period class.
