Chris's P.O.V

I'm not really sure about this project. It's not the fact that I don't like doing projects. In fact, they can be very fun when you have a nice partner. It's just that.. do I really want to tell strangers personal information about myself?

It just doesn't seem right. And the fact that Charlotte is my partner makes me feel nervous. Is she finds out my secret I feel like she will tell the whole school.

I don't want my reputation to be ruined.

I don't want the few friends I have to walk away.

Now to ask the question that's been bugging me all morning.

"Hey, Charlotte why did you get mad this morning?"

Her facial expressions got all tense. Her face got red.

She was really mad.

"Umm- "

Suddenly, the bell pierced through the school like a scream of a person being killed.

Yes, our bell was that loud. Almost, as loud as your teacher yelling at you to wake up.

Happen to me once. I learned something from that, never  stay up all night to study for a test.

"Where do you meet up? Can we meet up at your house?" Charlotte voice rang through my ears.

Oh right. I almost forgot about the project.

Wait a minute, what did she just say?

"Hello Chris? Did you hear what I just said? I asked you if we could come to you house ?"

"What? No."

Her eyebrows scrunched in confusion, "Is  there a reason why we can't come?"

A moment of silence passed. I didn't say anything to her.

"You know what? Never mind, it's obvious that you don't want to talk about it right now. Anyway I see you later. Got to get to class. We will just go to my house."

And with that, she walked away.

I'm hungry. I better to get to lunch too.
Today's Taco Tuesday. This school makes the best tacos!

While thinking about the delicious lunch I was going to eat, I ended up bumping into someone.

"Man, are you always this clumsy?

"Not, when I'm thinking about food, that is."

I looked up into the hazel eyes of my best friend, Jeff. He's very funny and outgoing. But, he's very shy around girls. Which is weird, because that's what makes girls falls for you. Yet, his relationships don't work out. He hasn't took me why though.

I brushed myself from the dust on the floor.

"Let's go get some lunch." I walked to the cafeteria with my best friend.

Could life get any better than this?

"Sounds good to me."
