Desire never leaves

Chapter 8

Toward the middle of the night Val got dressed, Will had seen her get up. "Where are you going?"

"Home. I can't leave the kids in the house by themselves." Val got her shoes.

"I'm going with you. I don't wanna sleep alone here." Will got up put on his pants and his shirt and his sandals.

"You ready?" Val asked him.

"Yeah let's go." Will got his keys and went with her out the door. He locked up and went with her to her house.

Val opened the door and let Will in. She locked it and started walking up the stairs. "I am gonna go check on them, I'll be in bed right now."

"OK Val." He yawned going to her bedroom.

Val checked on them one by one, little Sarah was uncovered. She covered her little girl then went to bed herself. Will was already asleep in her bed.

Val closed her door and put on something comfortable when she got into bed Will came closer and hugged her close. She smiled thinking just how much he loved her. She put his hand on her stomach, the little bulge of their little one inside her made her feel like a new woman.

In the morning little Sarah crawled out of bed, she went to her mother's room and opened the door.

She saw Will and her mom asleep. She went to Will and tapped on his arm. "Will..."

He opened his eyes. "Sarah what's wrong?"

"Can you get me something to drink? I am thirsty." Sarah asked.

"Yeah. Let me get dressed, Can you wait for me downstairs." Will rubbed his eyes.

"Ok." She walked out the door.

Once she left Will got up and got his clothes on. He yawned as he walked. Will was barefoot and walking down the stairs.

Sarah waited for him to come to the kitchen then she took his hand. He went to the cupboard for a cup. "No Will. Mom gives me my own cup it's in the dish rack."

"Thanks Sarah I am half asleep. " He put the cup back then went to the dish rack. Will saw the cup and got it.

"What would you like to drink?" Will stood there by the fridge.

"Orange Juice." Sarah pointed.

"Okay." Will got the juice and put the cup on the table.

He yawned putting juice into the cup. Sarah brought the top for it. "This goes on top."

"Thanks Sarah." Will put the top of the orange juice then took the top Sarah gave him for her cup and put it on tight. He handed it to her.

"Thank you Will." Sarah took a drink while he put the orange juice back.

Sarah took his hand and walked back upstairs. "Can you put in my dvd so I can watch it, Will?"

"Sure. " Will walked with her to her room and looked at her dvd set.

"The red one, Will." She pointed.

He nodded. Will turned on the dvd player and put in the dvd. Mickey mouse was what she wanted to watch. It played and Sarah hugged his leg.

"Will?" Sarah looked up.

Will kneeled as she let go. "Yes Sarah."

"You're my daddy." She kissed his cheek.

Will didn't know what to say. He hugged her. "I love you Sarah."

"I love you too, Daddy." She went to him.

"I'm gonna go back to sleep will you be okay?" Will stood up.

"Yes." Sarah sat down to watch her cartoons

Will left Sarah and went back to Val. He came back to bed and laid next to her. "It's a miracle she didn't wake me up." Val said.

"Yeah I think your daughter thinks of me as a father figure. She's called me Daddy twice now." Will got up to remove his shirt.

"Will, she never met her father. I got pregnant and left her father, he never once seen her. Shows you how much he cares for his children." Val got up.

"Oh god Val. No wonder she is clinging to me. I am the only man that's been in your life."

"She loves you Will. Are you prepared to be a father of 4?" Val got her clothes on.

"If I got you. I'll be a father of five." Will grabbed her. He kissed her holding her.

Val giggled as he held her. "You want another after this one, Val?" Will kissed her neck.

She looked at him. "You wanna knock me up with all your children?"

He nodded and kissed her continuously. Val moaned as he kissed her neck. "Will." She whispered against his ear.

Downstairs the doorbell rang, Tyler ran down the stairs to answer it. When he opened the door, a lady stood there. "Is Will here?"

"He should be with mom. I'll go get him. You could take a seat if you would like." Tyler let her in. Will's mother took a seat in their living room.

Tyler went up the stairs after closing the door. He walked in on Will kissing Val's shoulder. They got startled. "Tyler?" Will looked up.

"Your mother is downstairs she doesn't look too happy, Will." Tyler told Will.

Val looked at him. "Would she try and break us up?"

"I don't know." Will said getting his shirt and shoes on.

Will walked downstairs he saw his mother sitting on the couch. "Ah Will, I need to speak to you. Umm could we talk at your house?"

"Mom just speak." Will said.

"Fine. I want you to come back home." "Why mom why now?" Will looked at her with anger. "I don't wanna see you throw your life away. You could marry someone your age have a family and once you start your residency. You could get so much more."

"Because Val isn't my age you hate her. God mom!" Will paced.

"Will I just think its best." Elaine saw him grab his hair on his head.

Val came down stairs to see what was going on. Will came to Val. The look in his eyes was of concern.

"Will?" Val walked up to him.

"She wants me to break up with you Val. I can't do that. It's not just like I can pick up and leave. Not when you're pregnant with my child."

Elaine looked at Val. "Please let him go."

Val took a seat. "She's right, Will. You have to go."

"No please Val. Don't do this to me. " Will got on his knees.

Val looked at him. "I love you enough to let you go. Please go or I will terminate this pregnancy."

"NO Val." Will cried at her feet. It hurt her so much to let him go. "Will please get up."

"You're a very beautiful man. I love you, I would die for you. I know how much you want us together. I do too." Val touched his face.

"Then why are you letting her win?" Will stared at her.

"I don't want her to hate me. I want you to live life without all my luggage. I don't want to do to you what I did to Landon. I love you much more than I ever loved him. I don't wanna hurt you cause I love you." Val was crying letting him know she was bad for him.

"I'll go for you and our baby. But I won't be gone forever." Will kissed her hard, and then he let her go.

Elaine walked out with him. Val closed her eyes, not wanting him to go. She cried as the door shut. In her heart, she could not imagine life without him.
