Chapter 9

Val was in a night club sitting there when a man came to her. He smiled at her and she smiled back. He had given her that look and she went to him. "What's a beautiful girl like you doing in a place like this?" Jeff asked.

"Waiting for you?" She grabbed his hand.

Together they walked out of the nightclub, down the street. Jeff got closer to her. "Is there somewhere we can be alone?"

"Come take a ride with me." Val led him to her car.

Jeff got into the car with her. Val drove to her home. When she stopped the car she looked at Jeff. "I hardly know you. What's your name?"

"The name is Val." She jumped over to his seat.

"Jeff." He watched her pull at his shirt as she kissed him.

Val moaned as she kissed him. Jeff liked that she liked him. "Don't you wanna talk?"

"No more talking." Val lowered his seat.

Jeff pulled her closer. "I know what you want. Why don't we go inside?"

"Good idea." Val opened the door and got out. Will grabbed a hold of her as soon as he saw her, Jeff seen.

"Call yourself a cab and go home." Will told the guy she was with.

"Hey buddy she is with me tonight." Jeff said.

"Go home. She's mine, so leave." Will told the other guy.

"I think I can walk back from here." Jeff said then started walking down the street.

"Will, this is the fourth guy you lost me this week. Stop, I am not yours anymore." Val locked her car.

"I am saving you from a lot of trouble. Don't you understand I love you and even if we aren't together. I care about you." Will touched her arm.

"Screw you." Val walked crooked.

Will made sure she made it home. She fell back a bit and he caught her. "I should help you inside."

"I don't want my kids to see me like this. Can I sober up at your place?" Val looked at him.

Will nodded. They walked to his place. She was walking funny. He held her as she walked.

Will opened up his door and helped her in. She walked slowly to his couch and took a seat.

She stretched and Will looked at her. "What are you doing drinking anyways. Our baby is gonna get hurt."

"Nothing happened to Sarah." Val said.

"I want you to stop all right. I know why you are doing this and I am sorry. I got work in the morning so sleep it off." Will left her there.

He went to his bedroom. Val got angry. Who was he to tell her anything? He didn't know the pain she was going through. She removed her shoes and walked to his bedroom.

He was removing his shoes when she came in. "Do you know why I have been going to bars?"

"To make me jealous?" Will turned around.

"No. For someone to fill that void in my heart that you left empty." Val removed her dress.

"I am working on a way to get back to you okay." Will said removing his shirt.

Val walked to him and pushed him against the wall. "You owe me." She pulled at his pants as she did so he pulled the tables on her. Will kissed her hard she moaned.
