Will was dressed nicely in his suit as he approached the door. Tyler answered. "She's almost ready, Will." Will nodded and came in.

Tyler and Sarah were watching television. Will took a seat. "You guys have a baby sitter right?"

"Yeah she's coming." Tyler took a seat watching Will.

Megan was helping her mom dress up. "Mom you look beautiful."

"Thanks to you Megan." Val touched her hair.

Val sighed as she slipped on her shoes. "Mom, he loves you. I know you think marriage isn't a good thing. But Will is different."

"I know he is but the age factor. I just can't deny it. What if I am holding him back from someone he could really love? I would never forgive myself." Val grabbed her purse.

"He loves you, Mom. So much, don't hurt him." Megan had really liked Will.

Val nodded. She was all dressed up and ready to go. Megan hugged her.

Downstairs Will was waiting with Tyler and Sarah. Someone knocked on the door and Will answered it. "Hello."

"Hi, umm I'm the babysitter." Caitlin smiled and Will held out his hand.

"Nice to meet you. I'm Will." Will moved as she entered.

"Caitlin. So you're the new man in Valerie's Life." Caitlin smiled liking him.

"Yep." Will smiled. He turned and seen Val coming down the stairs.

Val smiled as she came down. Will offered his hand to her. "You look amazing." "Thank you, Will." She kissed him lightly.

"Uh Caitlin I see you met Will. He's what makes me smile at work." Val held Will's hand.

"I see what time will you be back?" Caitlin asked.

"Late probably, but if you need me my cell and everything you need is on the fridge. Also if they wanna snack let them. Sarah is to go to bed at 9 no later and the others by 11." Val told Caitlin.

"All right have fun tonight." Caitlin winked.

Val nodded and went with Will out the door. He took her to his car and opened the door for her. She got in and waited for him.

He came in the driver's side and took her hand. "Umm change of plans for dinner. I wanted to make it romantic.

"Ok. Is where we are going far?" Val wondered.

"Not too far." Will started the car.

Val put on her seatbelt and so did Will as soon as they were both ready he drove off.

Val turned on the car radio and put on some music. Will looked at her. "Val, what I said earlier I'm sorry. I don't know everything you went through with your ex-husband. You can forget what I asked."

"It's not your fault, Will. He made the mistakes not you. Can we save this conversation for later and just have fun tonight?" Val touched his thigh.

"Sure." Will nodded.

Will wanted to take her to his parent's beach house. He never really told her anything about his parents, but they were in the same field he was. His mother was a nurse and his father a surgeon. They were divorced and he was living with his mother. But when his grandma got sick, he moved in with her. It was closer to school and he needed time away from his home life.

Val looked over at him. She knew he must have been hurt by her not wanting to marry him. It pained her enough to not admit she did fancy the thought.
