August,

I woke up and A'Mya was still sleepin', a nigga' hungry so I decided ta' cook some breakfast.

"Gottdamn' I need ta' go grocery shopping, ian' got no food in hea'." I said.

"Good morning". A'Mya said yawning, walking in the kitchen.

"Good morning". I said.

"What are you doing?"She said looking around.

"Well I was gon' cook some breakfast, but ian' been grocery shoppin' , do get dressed we goin' out fa' breakfast." I said.

"Okay." She laughed walking up the stairs.

I went upstairs and into my bathroom, I got in tha' shower.

When I got out, I put my boxers, and a t-shirt on and went into my closet.

"This hea' look good." I mumbled, getting a my outfit out.

I put my clothes on and, walked to the living room.

A'Mya,

A'Mari and I, we're now out the shower, I wrapped my towel around me and did the same for her. I picked her up and walked into the room. I got Mari dressed, and I began to put my makeup on an do my hair.

When I was done I got dressed and grabbed my purse.

It had been about a month that Mari and I have been staying at August's house. I have currently entered, school for cosmetology. I pick this because I wanna get somewhere with my skills, and I'm good at this kind of thing. I wanna own my own beauty salon. So we'll see how that goes.

Me and Mari made our way downstairs.

"August!" I yelled.

"I'm outchea!" He yelled from the backyard.

He put out whatever he was smoking and came in.

"Y'all ready?" He asked.

"Duh." I joked.

"Keep playin'." He laughed.

We walked outside and got in the car.
