No one. No one was alive besides my family and we knew we were the only ones alive.. until we found the twins and other people. We knew we had to avoid "them" and get to safety before we died
We felt their pain. I know how it felt when we lost our parents too.
Grayson and Ethan wanted to separated them from their mom but they refused.
"Guys, w-we have to get going" I told them. Eric got up and he ran downstairs.
"Hey man, where are you going?" Ethan said.
"Go with him to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid" Grayson told me. "We'll stay here with the girls" Ethan said
Abby's POV
I was heartbroken because of what my mother did to herself. The twins were behind us trying to comfort us but it didn't work, we just wanted our parents back.
"Guys let's go downstairs we have to get going" Grayson said.
*Meanwhile downstairs*
Cameron's POV
"Eric, ERIC?!?" I yelled at him
"I don't wanna talk to anyone" he replied
C- Where are you going?
E- away from here and I'm not taking any of you.
I stand in front of the door.
C- you can't just leave us, we need each other in order to survive this thing.
E- well I'm doing this by myself. No get out of the way
He said while grabbing enough food for himself and loading his gun.
C- Eric don't do this, your sisters need you now more than ever, you already lost your parents and I know it hurts but w-
She gets cut off my Eric
E- no you don't, you're just saying that.
C- I do know, When the twins and I lost our parents we thought everything was leaving but you guys came and we found hope.
After that Eric came and hugged Cameron.
Ethan's POV
"Guys let's go, we can't stay here" I told them while letting their mom on the floor.
They came to hug us and we all shared a family hug.
We started to walk downstairs so we can get back on the road.
Abby's POV
"So we'll have to take food and plenty of clothes to change in." I told them
Then it's were the trouble started...
The front door was broken and the zombies were coming in.
"GUYS HEAD TO THE BACK DOOR" Eric yelled. We immediately started to run but Alice and Cameron went upstairs to grab their bags.
Cameron was up the stairs but Alice was grabbed by a zombie

"NOO" Ethan yelled while running towards her. Grayson hold him back cuz they had to keep going.
Cameron grabbed her pistol and managed to save Alice by shooting the zombie right in the head.
"Omg, I owe you one Cam" Alice said.
"Guys, we're good we'll meet you outside, keep going!!!" Cameron yelled.
Cameron's POV
"Come on in here!!" We ran into a bedroom and locked it.
The zombies were trying to break in so we had to act quick. "Check the window" Alice told me.
We saw the guys already outside trying to keep the zombies inside the house.
"We're gonna have to jump" I told Alice.
A- Are you insane??
C- we have no choice!
I stepped out the window and jumped
"Alice hurry up!!" Eric yelled
Alice jumped and landed on Ethan.
"Fuck, my back hurts" Ethan groaned
"Thanks for breaking my fall cutie" Alice told Ethan and kissed him on the cheek
Abby's POV
"We have to go, this isn't time for a make out session
We went out through the backyard door and ran half a mile till we found a car and thank you Jesus the keys were in there.
