Chapter 23

Izzy
I woke up in the middle of the night and my stomach was growling I hadn't eaten since the other night. I pressed the button for the nurse and she came in a mn later. "What do you need hun" she said. "Um I know its probably way oast time for the patience to have their dinner but is there any way I could get something to eat. "Actually since you slept through dinner they said it'd be ok if you ordered something from the café that's open down stairs and your boyfriend left his card to pay for it" she said handing me a menu. "And your not on a restricted diet or anything" she added. "Um do I call down or.." I asked trailing off "no no I'll wrote down your order and call it down for you they should bring it up about 20 mins to half hour after you order" she said handing me a pen and pad of paper as well. I wrote down what id like and a drink and she took it. "One more thing is there a tv in here" I said. "Yep there is she hit a button to reveal a tv and handed me the remote and channel listing. "Thank you so much your so nice." I said flipping on the tv. "Your welcome sweetie its my job I know your in pain and want you to be as comfortable as possible while you recover" she said smiking and walking off. I turned the channel to watch SVU and waited on my food to come. About a half hour later when another episode of SVU was coming on came a knock on my door and I said to come in. It was a guy about my age delievering my food which made me smile. "Thank you" I said as he placed it on the cart that I could pull in front of me. "Your welcome " he said and left. I found the button to lift my bed and ulled the try in front of me. When I ws done eating I changed the channel to adult swim lowered my bed and went back to sleep.
"She's so cute when she sleeps" I heard someone say. "Shhhh you'll wake her up she needs her rest" I heard someone else say. "I'm already awake" I said slowly opening my eyes to reveal Matt Maxx and Dan. "Morning beautiful" sid Matt and softly kissed me. "Morning guys thank you for leving your card to pay for the food from the café babe" I said smiling. "Well we have good news" I heard the doctor say as he came in. We all looked at him. "Your breaks seem to be fine and if you'd like you can go home today or stay here one more night. I think your ready though you do well through observation last night though so you don't really need any more. I can write you a script for pain pills until your completely healed and you'll need help with a lot of stuff" he said. I looked from Matt to Maxx to Dan and they were all smiling I smiked and said "yea I wanna go home." The doctor nodded "ok I'll go get the paper work and your script go ahead and help her get dressed and you'll be on your way home within the hour. I'll also be sending crutches home with you" he said. I nodded and Maxx and Dan went to wait in the hall as Matt helped me get dressed. Josh and him came back up sometime last night to drop clothes off for me just in case. "Ok guys I'm decent you can come back in" I said. "I texted Cody and Josh and let them know your coming home" said Maxx. We wait and watched tv for about 40 mins then a nurse came in. "Hi there here is you dischrge papers and also your pescriptions make sure you get them as soon as you can" she said handing them to me. "We are just waiting on a whe..." she got cut off by a knock on the door. She went and opened it and smiled "well never mind. Here is your wheel chair and your crutches" she said on a laugh. I smiled as Matt helped me into the chair and layed the crutches across my legs gently. "Thank you so much for beingb so nice" I said and the nurse nodded and gave me a smile. With that we were off. Dan had went ahead and got the car to pull around. "Yay home first can we get food" I said as we got in the car which made them all laugh. "Actually were meeting uo with Josh, Cody, Webb, Mike, and Ian for lunch before we go home" said Matt. We set off and no one would tell me where we were going to eat so I just enjoyed the ride. When we finally pulled into a parking lot 20 mons later. I looked out to see where we were and it was my favorite place Pizza Hut. We havent been back since the incident with my brother. We walk in a see Josh and Cody already in the same place as last time and we get escorted over by the manager. "I'll be taking care of you guys today can I start you off with drinks" he said. And we just got a couple pitchers of pop one monroe dew and the other pepsi. He quickly brought it back with a try of glass that had ice in em and straws. "Do you need a few mins with the menu" he asked and we nodded yes. We looked it over and when the manager came back we placed our orders and waited.
"So guys I think Cody and I found a place big enough for everyone. Its three stories and has a guest house and pool house" said Josh. "We put in an offer and we'll hopefully know soon weither we got it or not" said Cody. They we cute I kmkw their not gay but how they were acting about buying the house together made em look kind of like a couple. I laughed to myself and thankfully no one seemed to notice.Cody and Josh told us about the house and how there isn't any updates that need to be done unless we decide to paint the rooms or something as we ate. I started to get tired and we still had to stop and pick up my pescription cause I was starting to hurt again. "Cody and I will take Izzy home while you guys stop and get her medicene" Josh said as we paid the pill and went to leave. They agreed so I got in the car with Cody and Josh. The last thing I remember is the car starting and heading out of the parking lot.
