Saving Kitty

Part 7

Alya and I searched the internet for hours trying to find something on this 'Felix', but found nothing.
"We're never gonna find him!" I sighed in defeat.
"Yes, we will, just don't give up!" Alya said with her hands on my shoulder. She then gasped and stood up with excitement. "Maybe, we're supposed to be looking for more clues! There might be a note or something on how to find this 'Felix' at Adrien's house!" Alya yelled.
I stood up with her replied "Let's go!" While grabbing my coat and running out of my room. I climbed into Adrien's window, ignoring Alya's questions on why I know how to break into Adrien's house. "I don't have time to explain!" I lied.
"Let me guess, you snuck into his house to make out with your kitty?" Alya chuckled. I turned around, my face bright red. It was true, but I can't tell her that. "You may have your face turned away, but I know your blushing".
"Let's continue to look for a clue" I said, ignoring her question. I scanned some photos of Adrien on his desk with Alya, when she grabbed a picture of Adrien and another blonde boy.
"Hey, we're here to look, not destroy his pictures!" I yelled at Alya , who ripped the frame off of the picture. She ignored me as she read the back of the picture.
"Felix! The other boys name is Felix!" Alya yelled with a huge grin across her face, shoving the picture in my face.
I ripped the photo out of her hands and re-read the small black letters written in a very neat handwriting. After a moment of not saying anything, Alya finally spoke up. "It's him, it has to be, right?"
"I hope, but how do we find him? And we don't even have pr-"
"Stop doubting my magical powers, we got this!" Alya interrupted me.
Alya went home with the picture to do 'research'. I don't know what she's going to do, but I don't care.

It was Saturday and I planned on sleeping until Alya calls me to say she found Felix, but I didn't expect to be woken up this early. I heard a knock on my window and I shot up. I checked the time, it was 5:00 a.m.
There was a spark in my heart, hoping that it would be Chat. Hoping that he escaped and came here to tell me, or patrol with me, but I know that it's not. I walked over to the window to see Alya holding a laptop and some papers. I opened the window to let the red head in.
"Let's go!" She yelled, turning on the lights.
"Where?" I asked, trying to adjust my eyes to the light.
"I found Felix!" Alya replied, shoving the computer in my face.
My eyes moved around the computer screen, slightly closed from the brightness.
I looked up into Alya's brown eyes. They had that crazy spark of adventure that I know when she has that look, it's gonna be a good day. I grabbed my jacket and a bag and said "Let's go!"
As we crawled out of the window, I asked "So how did you find him?" She giggled in response.
"I can't tell you, if you don't know, you can't get arrested" Alya said sarcastically. We both giggled.
I transformed into Ladybug and let Alya hold onto my waist as I swung across Paris to get to the location Alya gave me. Alya had a crazy smile on her face the whole time, it's gonna take her a while to get used to me transforming.
I wrapped my yo-yo around a pole and swung into the driveway of a huge driveway. Alya let go as I landed, and transformed back into Marinette. "That was awesome!" Alya exclaimed.
I ignored her comment as I knocked on the door. That's when all of this hit me. I can't just randomly go to someone's house at 5 a.m. especially someone I don't even know! "What am I going to say?" I asked, Turing around to face my bestie. "This is crazy, I can't just go to someone's house that I don't even know!" I exclaimed. Alya was about to say something, when the door swung open and a familiar blonde walked out.
"Hello?" The blonde asked.
"I, uh, um, h-hi" I stuttered.
"Hi Felix, we were wondering if you know Adrien Agreste?" Alya stepped in for me.
"How do you know my name?" He asked.
"Not important, do you know Adrien Agrestes?" Alya asked sternly.
"What do you want to know about him?" He asked, his blue eyes glowing with concern. "Did something happen to him?"
"He was kidnapped by Hawkmoth and we need you to help us, I know this sounds crazy-"
"Is he still Chay Noir?" Felix interrupted Alya.
Alya and I stared at him with shock. "H-how did you know?" I asked.
"Not important, I'm sorry but I can't help you" He said. Tears sprung up in my eyes, he was my only lead to finding my kitty, Alya noticed. He was about to close the door, when Alya slammed it open and grabbed the collar of his shirt, pulling him close.
"You are going to help us, and if you don't, you will regret it, trust me" she said, her teeth gritted and just inches away from his.
"Fine, but I refuse to talk to him when we find him" Felix said, pushing her off of him.
"Why don't you want to talk to him?" I asked. He stared at me with a discussed glare.
"I'm not talking about thus with you" He hissed.
I'm hesitantly handed him the note. He read over the note the looked up at me and Alya.
"I'm guessing one of you girls is Ladybug" Felix said.
I'm awkwardly raised my hand and said "I am"
Felix looked right at me and said "Let's go!" I shot Alya a confused look as Felix walked out of the door. She shrugged and followed the boy, I followed behind them.
On the whole way there, I had a bad feeling in my stomach and a lump on my throat. Something doesn't feel right about all of this. I don't know why, or how, or what, but I know something is going to happen. I have a very bad feeling about today.
My thoughts were suddenly interrupted by a loud scream. I looked out the door to see something I didn't think I would ever see.
I opened the door and stepped out. Didn't even hear my bestie yelling at me. I stared ag the black figure with anger. He stood on top the effiel tower, surrounded by butterflies. I quickly ran off behind a building to transform. Felix and Alya ran after me as I ran up to the dark figure. I usually would care about civilians safety over the vilian, but right now my anger was controlling my whole body and mind. As I got closer, Hawkmoth noticed me and sent a dark butterfly in my direction, but I kept running. I thought nothing of the akuma flying past me, until I remembered who was behind me. I looked behind me to see Alya with a purple butterfly mask glowing on my face.
"Alya no!" I yelled with tears running down my face. The anger and pure hatred darkened in my heart. I turned back to where Hawkmoth was to find him gone.

This chapter took forever to write!!! This is like the 10th draft, I had to write this chapter a lot of times until I liked it
