"We're so excited to have you join our family, Renee." Katherine, the wife, said.

"Yes, I'm sure you'll make a wonderful addition to our family." Michael, the husband, added.

I sat looking out the window. I heard what they had said, but I didn't bother replying back. What was the point really? I knew they would say that, it's kind of like common sense.

Trees flew by us as we were on the road to the family house. I was still very anxious about what happened. First I was with my family and the next I'm with another one.

I lost my brother.

The thought had finally hit me. I breathed in deeply and closed my eyes. Now was not the time to cry like a freaking baby. I needed to become stronger. If not for me then atleast for my brother. He wouldn't want to see me this weak. He'd want me to be strong if he wasn't around.

But I still couldn't find myself to say anything. Why would I? These were the two who seperated my brother and I, weren't they? They couldn't have just adopted us both together?

The car had stop and my door opened. I looked up to see Michael offering a hand to me. To show some respect, I took it and climbed out of the car. I mean that's the least I could do right? Show some decent respect.

"Andrea, Tyler, this is Renee, our wonderful addition to the family," Katherine piped.

I turned my head to look at the two.

Tyler stood there looking serious, kind of grouchy like. He had those deep blue eyes that could really pierce through your soul, brownish blonde hair that was neatly done, and a jawline that could cut almost anything.

Andrea was a true definition of beautiful. She clearly took after her mom. Dark, chocolatey, brown hair, brown eyes with a mixture of green, reminded me of the forest, and a cute heart-shaped face structure. To say I'm jealous of her perfect features was a complete understatement. I was beyond jealous.

"Hello, Renee! It's so nice to have another girl in the family!" Andrea chirped and hugged me out of no where.

I frozed. What? How would you feel if someone, kind of like a stranger to you, comes and hugs you out of no where? You'd probably freeze up too.

Katherine chuckled slightly and pried her daughter away from me.

"Uhmm, well shall we show you inside?"

I followed the family into the house and was suddenly met with two really jumpy, really freaking adorable huskies. They both wore bandanas, one wore a red one and the other wore a black one. It took all of my might to not drop down onto my knees and just play with them, as well as hug the living shit out of them.

"Kunada, Kaluna, down!" Michael pets them and they both layed down on their stomach.

I giggled quietly at their behaviour, but they didn't seem to notice. I looked around at the interior of their house and I was really blown away by how well decorated it was. I'm assuming it was the wife's idea to put up several paintings. The marbled staircase looked really shiny and the marbled floors covered with red velvet carpets just completed the whole thing. I wondered if the upper level was the same.

"This house isn't really that big, so I don't think you'll be able to get lost here. Although, hide n seek is kind of fun if you know where the best places are." Andrea says and I smiled a little.
