(1) Theme Nomination Guidelines

1. The compilation will be based on a common theme. Kathbute Members are encouraged to propose a theme.

1.1 Proposed theme shall be submitted to the Kabute Wattpad account using the following format:

Theme: (e.g. Zodiac)

1.1.1 Deadline for theme proposal: 6:00 PM, March 31, 2016

1.1.2 The nominated themes shall be sent via PM on each Kathbute Member's WP account on April 1, 2016.

1.1.3 Theme voting period: April 2-4, 2016 (until 6:00 PM of April 4, 2016 only)

1.1.4 Kathbute members shall vote via PM on the Kathbute Wattpad account. Theme voting format:

THEME VOTE: (your theme vote)

(UPDATE as of March 31, 2016 10:18 PM: Kathbute members shall vote via Google Forms.)

1.1.5 Each kathbute member shall vote for two (2) themes, giving one theme a score of two (2) points and the other, one (1) point.

1.1.6 The theme with the highest points will be the winning theme. This will be posted on Kathbute's Official Wattpad Account on April 5, 2016.
