3. Submission of Entries

3.1 Who can join?

3.1.1 All kathbute members may join the anthology.

3.1.2 However, this year, the kathbute anthology is conducting an open audition/ call for submissions for few limited slots in the Anthology.

Requirements:

a) Applicants must be a Filipino; 

b) Applicants must have a Wattpad Account; and

c) Applicants must be open for self-publishing and does not have restrictions and/or prohibitions from publishers that he/she may be affiliated with.
