In case you are wondering....

1. The kathbute group was created to serve as the Official Group Account of a circle of writers known as the "Kabutes." The @kathbute account was used as a platform to review and comment on each members' entries to help each other grow as a writer.

2. Kathbute Members have 'automatic' slots in the Anthology inasmuch as each member is the core/brainchild of this Project. Hence, priority was given to them. Only limited slots were opened for Non-Kathbute members to accommodate other writers who are interested to join this Anthology.

3. Only 500-600 words are posted online for the following reasons:

a) To avoid plagiarism;

b) To create excitement and curiosity among the readers as this will serve as the teaser for the anthology; and

c) To differentiate/distinguish the Wattpad version versus the Printed version, of which the complete stories will serve as the 'added bonus' for those who opt to get a copy of the Anthology.

4. The purpose of the anonymity clause for Non-Kathbute members is to minimize bias and objectivity in judging the entries.

5. The submission period is due on June so as to give ample time to all writers to write their best story.
