Kόμματα (Parties)

I don't know where to start with this. So, if you have ever been to one of my families parties (which I doubt you have) they usually last for 12 hours. They start at 4pm (some people come earlier) and usually end around 4am. Yeah, that's a long party, but that's not all. When you have a house full of Hispanic people, it can pretty loud.

So, let's go to when the party starts. After everyone arrives, my uncles and the guys go outside to either play or to help cook the BBQ. My aunts and the girls stay inside to help with the cooking or to just talk. Now, most of the children are just roaming around, going inside and then back outside.

So, in the night after everyone has eaten, that's where the real party starts. The girls go inside to dance and sing. The boys are outside playing some-sort of imagery game. The adult are having there own thing and every one is loud blasting music and talking.

That is usually how the party goes. Now of course there is more stuff but I'm just giving you the gist of it. Well until next time, bye!
