Behind The Smile
The smile that beholds you,
Isn't true,
But the tears are.
You don't see that though.
The only thing you see is,
The smile that is shined,
But the smile covers something.
It covers saddnes,
Tears, and loneliness.
You may think you know the smile,
But you truly don't.
The pain behind the smile,
Is what you don't know.
The smile tries it's hardest to stay,
But it's not always easy.
A breakdown is coming soon,
The smile stays.
Behind close doors,
Is where the smile is gone.
That's when the breakdown happens.
All of the emotions come out,
But no one see's that.
When the doors open,
It was like nothing happened,
The smile is back,
Shining brightly.
The smile that's beholded,
Might just be a lie,
But you don't know that.
