The Betrayal

Mary Terrafino was on the floor lying unconscious , however she wasn't dead yet . Sam rushed to Mary's side and Lana took John back to the group . Sam looked above where Mary was laying and standing triumphantly over her , stood Orc , Taylor , Diana , Caine and Drake .
"Orc !" Sam said angrily . "I thought you said you weren't working with them any more ! You dirty little liar !"
"You betrayed us !" Lana yelled still comforting John . Brianna had taken little Pete back .
"Woah take it easy ." Drake taunted .
"Drake . I'll deal with this ." Caine said .
"Caine . You better fix this otherwise your dead !" Sam cried .
"So what ? Your little girlfriend is still alive Sam but tick tock . Not long left before I can have you all to my self !" Taylor laughed .
"This was a trap wasn't it ?" Sam asked .
"Yes ." Taylor replied . All of a sudden Mary coughed and before Sam could say anything she yelled ." Back away from him you BITCH !"

Sam helped Mary up . They looked at each other and hugged each other so tightly that the others knew it would be their last . As they came out of the hug , Drake stood smirking and said ," Sam it's either you and Taylor or your girlfriend gets it ."
"No ." Sam replied ." If Mary dies , I'd rather go with her !"
"Really Sam ?" Mary asked .
"Yes . I don't want to loose you like I did with Astrid ." Sam whispered as he and Mary kissed . Suddenly , a defaning BANG went off . Mary fell slump on Sam's shoulders .
"Noooo!" John sobbed , running towards Sam . Sam checked her pulse Mary Terrafino was dead .

"Noooo!" Sam and John cried as they both sobbed into each other's arms . Drake Merwin stood with the gun still hot from where the bullet had been fired moments ago ." You !" Sam cried .
"Sam it's not worth it . Come on ." Lana said as she rushed forward to comfort John and Sam .
"We want to bury her properly ." Sam choked through the tears as he picked up Mary and John nodded .
"Ok we will do back in Perdido beach . " Lana reassured the boys . Caine had stayed  and he stepped forward ."Save it ." Sam said dully and cried as they made their way back .
