Jack sat outside your bedroom window, twiddling his staff in his hands as he looked up at the moon, piercing into his soul. You were sound asleep in you dark room, dreaming about a boy with white hair and piercing blue eyes dancing you off into the sunset, away from all your worries until the dream took a dark turn. Suddenly all the light was being drained from the dream and leaving only fragments of what used to be happiness but instead replaced with darkness and sorrow.

You jumped upwards, breathing heavily, having sweat drip from your head and a few stray tears gliding down your face. You wiped away the sweat and dried your tears with the back of your hand and briefly peered out the window to be met with the boy from your dreams, hunched over staring up at the painting above him.

You strolled over to the window and opened it gently, trying to not scare the boy away.
"Hello" you whispered gently. The boy turned abruptly around and his eyes grew bigger with astonishment.
"You can see me?" he said curiously.
"Why wouldn't I be able to see you?"
"Not many people can. I'm more of a thought than a being."
"Well you look very alive to me" you both chuckled and stared into each other's eyes, both feeling yourselves falling into one another.
"Where are my manners, I'm Jack, Jack Frost" he said extending an arm.
"I'm Y/N, it's a pleasure to meet you Jack" you said shaking his hand firmly.
"Do you want to go for a walk with me?"
"Yes please!"
"Meet me outside in ten minutes, I'll be waiting" Jack said while flashing you a grin.
You couldn't help but blush and quickly ran over to your wardrobe to scavenge a warm outfit together.

After you had got dressed, you quietly crept out of your room, careful not to step on any loose floorboards that may make noise and wake up your parents. You opened the front door to your house and proceeded into the colds where you were greeted by a ball of snow landing on your face.
"Ow!!" You screamed, the feeling of anger beginning to boil up.
"You should've seen your face!" Jack said laughing his head off and pointing at you.
"That was not funny!!" You yelled at him, brushing some remaining snow off your jacket.
"Oh come on Y/N, it was just a harmful snowball"
You quickly threw one back at him directly in his face but he was too fast for you and dodged it immediately. You two then proceeded to have a snowball fight for an entire hour until your body started begging you for rest.

"Well Jack, I have had the most amazing time with your today" you told him walking hand in hand up your front porch.
"So have I Y/N, hopefully we can do this again?"
"I'd like that" you said grinning like an idiot and trying to hide your red, burning cheeks.

Before leaving, Jack kissed you on your cheek, allowing you to feel his warmth and passion radiating from him. His final words of the early morning being "I'll definitely be seeing you more often my Snow Queen" and with that he disappeared into the air but left snowflakes tricking from the sky and landing softly on your head.

You returned to your bedroom, counting the minutes you had until you were to see Jack again. You were glad you had met him because even though he was made for winter, he was your burning fire that brought about your desire.
