Chapter 1 : Kidnapped

Chapter 1

Riker POV

"NO! STOP! GET AWAY FROM ME!" I yelled.

I crawled on the bedroom floor away from my mom.

"Riker, tell me what happened."

"NO! I JUST WANT TO BE ALONE! GET OUT!"

I crawled to the corner, brought my knees up to my chest, and covered my face with my hands, sobbing.

Rocky POV

"What's going on up there?" Rydel asked.

I was downstairs in the kitchen with all of my siblings.

"I don't know... He got a phone call from someone, and now he's all weird," I said.

"Why is he screaming like that? He's never done that before," Rydel said.

"I don't know what's wrong with him..."

I could hear his screaming still. I knew mom was up there with him, trying to calm him down. But I don't think it's really working...

Dad came home a few minutes later.

"What's going on up there?" Dad asked.

"Riker's screaming about something," I said.

"Riker is? That doesn't sound like something he'd do..."

Dad went upstairs. And a minute later, I heard him start screaming at Riker to knock it off. I heard a thud, and then Riker started screaming even louder. I heard a door slam, and then my parents came downstairs, looking exhausted.

"What's going on with Riker?" I asked.

"Let him scream and cry all he wants," dad said, sounding harsh.

"But is he ok?"

"Why don't you go ask him?"

Skylar POV

I turned back to my friends.

"Are you going to tell me why I had to break up with him now?" I asked.

"We want to propose an offer, Skylar. We all know that we'd be more popular if we had you back in our group. So, since you already broke up with him, there's nothing holding you back from rejoining our group again, and becoming my girlfriend," my ex said.

I glared at him.

"You think after how you treated me, I'm going to come back to you guys?"

"Yes, because otherwise, we'll make your life even worse than it has been in the past few days. We'll make it so you don't have any friends, we'll bully you even worse, and we'll tell all your secrets."

"Please, why can't I be with Riker and you guys?"

"It doesn't work that way, Skylar. He's a dork."

"He is not a dork!"

"Yes, he is. He can't mix with people like us. What'll it be, Skylar? Us, or Riker?"

"I-I don't know!"

"Well you can't have us both. And if you tell Riker about this, we'll make everything 10 times worse."
