Starting a new Hetalia Fanfic...yup. Enjoy? Wait, no. Not enough enthusiasm. Enjoy! Much better.
Unknown POV
America was an abnormality among other nations. He has been ever since he was a colony and that hand't changed when he became a superpower.
For the longest time, England has protected the boy, even after he gained his independence. But now, relations between the two hadn't improved, and with everything America was involving himself in, England was slowly losing hope in the boy, turning his back on the young superpower.
A sly grin spread across his face. Now was a golden opportunity. Now was the time to strike.
Watching the American walk out of the meeting room from the corner of his eye, he turned and quickly walked to some of the other nations who were involved in this special operation.
America was a mystery, not only to him, but the rest of the world. He was something...different. He was a nation built of off ideals; the first of its kind. His people had no race or culture to connect them together, and yet, something made the American people bond and stick together. America was far from a utopia, but the people still stuck together, for some unseen reason.
Reaching his partners, he gave them a stiff nod and a wry smile. One tilted his head, confused and asked, "Are you sure it's time?"
He gave them another nod and smiling, said, "We've gone without testing the boy long enough. It's time."
Another partner spoke up, eyes downcast. "Then it's time for the operation. I'll gather the rest."
With half lidded eyes, he looked him in the eye. "Don't have any second thoughts. This is a once in a time chance; we will not waste it."
He swiftly exited the room and allowed himself to relax.
Yes, this was a golden opportunity. This was the time to find out how the American ticked, how he thought.
Perhaps it was time for the American to have some stimulation.
