"How you been ma, It's nice to see you", said Aaliyah.
"I been good, I've been really good" I replied with a nasty attitude.
"You know Im really sorry for everything right? I never meant to hurt you, that wasn't my plan at all" she said.
"Oh really? So you just ACCIDENTALLY fucked some other Bitch in MY house, in MY bed! You know what, hurry this shit up and say wtf you gotta say your five minutes almost up!" I exclaimed.
She grabbed my face and kissed me while pulling me closer. My eyes closed as I began to get into it, but then I snapped and pushed her off of me.
"Stop! What are you doing!" I yelled.
"Tell me you don't miss me Lanae. Tell me you don't miss what we had. Forgive me baby, I've changed. I promise I have!", she pleaded.
Suddenly my phone began to vibrate. When I looked at the screen it was Charell calling me.
"I gotta go, my girlfriend's calling me", I said while turning to walk away.
"Don't forget about me baby girl, don't forget!" she yelled as I walked into the store.
"Hi babe, how are you?" I asked Charell answering the phone.
"I'm good baby girl, I miss you. How was lunch? What's you do? I figured you was busy since you didn't call me like you usually do", said Charell.
"Crap baby, I'm so sorry I ran into an old friend today. She had coincidentally came in for an interview and we went to eat for lunch to catch up and talk about the job", I replied.
"Oh really? Who was it?", she asked.
"Huh?"
"I said who was it babe, are you okay?", she asked worrily.
"Oh, um yea I'm fine. It was an old friend named Morgan. That's all", I replied.
"Alright whatever you say! Hurry home I miss you Sweetie. I love you", she laughed.
"Okay, I'll be home soon baby, I love you too", I said while hanging you the phone.
I began walking to my office when Red stepped in my way.
"What was that all about?", asked Red.
"Oh Nothing. Just was on the phone with Charell", I replied.
"No what was that outside", she said pointing to Morgan's car as it was leaving from the parking lot.
"What that? That was nothing, just don't worry about that. You know I think I'm gonna leave early today, I have too much on my mind and It's been a long day".
"Leave?!?! With all that work on your desk?", Red exclaimed.
"Yea, I'll see you guys tomorrow morning just make sure you lock up, okay?", I replied.
"Alright child, I will", she said as I walked out the door.
