Charell POV
"Whats gotten into her?", I thought to myself as Lanae and I ended our conversation. What ever it is, has her really nervous.
I sat on the couch and put my feet up on the table while grabbing the remote to flip through the channels. After having no luck, I now had to fight my sleep on my own. I wanted to wait for Lanae to get home, so that I could spend a little time with my baby girl, but within a matter of seconds I was out cold.

I opened my eyes blinkedly. I had the best dream ever. I had asked Lanae to marry me and when she said yes, i went crazy. I carried her to the bedroom and planted soft, wet kisses all over her body while laying her down. She began to squirm as if she were trying to run away, but i pulled her body back down and buried my face into her wetness. Circling my tongue round and round on her clit making her shake helplessly. She began to scream my name;
"Ah, Charell!",She screamed.
I didnt bother to look up, I just kept attacking the pu**y. She started to get louder and louder.
"Charell! Charell! CHARELL!" She screamed.
I jumped up from the couch, eyes wide open. Shocked to see Lanae standing infront of me, fully clothed in the clothes she left to work in today.
"Baby, what is wrong with you?", Lanae said while looking with a face full of curiosity.
"Its nothing, baby! I just fell asleep", I Said while getting up to grab her by her waist and kiss her beautiful pink lips causing her to smile. "How was work today?", I asked.
Her smile slowly disappered.
"It was good babe", she said while walking into the kitchen. "Did you eat something?", she asked clearly trying to change the subject, so I took the hint and left it at that.
"I stopped and got Chinese on the way home. Im not really hungry, but I brought you some too. Its in the microwave", I replied. "Im going to hop in the shower", I said while walking away.
She ran up behind me and turned me around. She wrapped her arms around my neck and began kissing me as if she would never get to kiss me again. I didnt fight it. I picked her up and she wrapped her legs around my waist. After a few minutes I put her down.
"Im going to shower", walking away with a wink to signal her to join me.
"I wont be long baby, let me just put this food up and ill be right there", she yelled catching the hint.
LANAE POV
I really love that girl, I thought to myself as I took the food out of the microwave. I turned off the lights and walked up the stairs to our room. As soon as I walked through the bedroom door I could hear the water from the shower rushing out. I took a seat on the bed and began to take off my shoes when suddenly my phone began to ring. I answered the call without even looking to see who was calling, but I surely regretted it instantly. It was Aaliyah.
"Whaddup Ma?", said Aaliyah.
"How did you get my number? Wait, better yet why are you even calling me!", I sternly replied.
"Damn baby girl, its like that now? Look I know I fucked up, but just hear me out. Let me take you out to..."
"I DONT WANT TO HEAR THAT BULLSHIT AALIYAH!", I yelled. "You hurt me. You hurt me bad. Ive forgiven you, but I havent forgotten. I could never forget it. I loved you with everything in me and you gave it all to another bitch, so I left your ass!"

"Look baby give me one more chance, all I wanna do is make it up to you. Can I do that?", she continued.
I thought over and over of what to say. I honestly didnt know. I think that was my biggest issue. The fact that I didnt know.
"Aaliyah you have one chance to MAYBE change things between us. Im only doing this because I want answers. I want to know why you did what you did", I calmly replied.
"Thats perfect beautiful, Ill pick you up for Lunch tomorrow and we can talk as much as you want. Ill answer every question that you have. I love you gorgeous", she said with excitement.
It took me a while to say it but i finally forced the truth that Ive been hiding for years now out of my mouth, "I love you too Liyah, goodnight", I said before hanging up the phone.
I tossed my phone on the other side of the bed and threw my head down into my hands. I stood to look in the mirror. I heard someone clear their throat and my heart dropped. I slowly turned to see my worst nightmare.
"Who the fuck was that on the phone?", said an angry Charell before I could even open my mouth to speak.
