THE FORGOTTEN

Episode Three: What We Need To Do

[ camera shows charlie with an evil grin. He's driving a truck. We see he has a vest on along with grenades and magazines to an assault rifle. ]
** we hear a voice **
" don't move.."
{ camera now shows nate standing with a gun to the back of his head. }
Unknown:" put your gun down right there. "
{ nate drops his mag and his 1911}
Unknown:" now turn around and face me."
[ camera shows josh sitting in a seat next to charlie. He has a strap around his chest and he is putting shells in a 357. Magnum. He has a face of determination and fear.]
{ nate turns around with his hands up. He drops his hands down in a shock. }
Nate:" ash...ashley?"
Ashley:" nathan..?"
[ camera shows sabs with an m16 masterkey across his chest and a sandwhich in the other. He's just inhailing the fucking sandwich like he's drowning and the sandwhich is air.]
{ the camera shows ashley and she drops her gun. Nate walks up and hugs her. }
Nate:" oh my god. I didn't know you were still alive... Oh my god.. Wheres everyone else?"
{ ashley looks down. A tear goes down her face. }
[ the camera shows stancik in the bed of the truck with a machete in his hand. He's rubbing a sharpener across it. ]
{ nate looks down aswell. }
Nate:" I'm sorry..."
[ we see a line of cars is storming down the street. ]
{ nate and ashley walk side by side through tbr forest and brush. }
Nate:" where are you set up?"
Ashley:" i have a tent and a fence."
Nate:" thats it? How are you safe?"
Ashley" look for yourself."
Nate:" oh..."
{ camera pans around nate and we see ashley's little tent city. It consists of many tents zipped together along with iron pipes and baseball bats and planks of wood and iron around it as a fence. }
Nate:" is it... Jus..( ashley:" just me..")
Nate:" oh..."
Ashley:" what about you? How have you made it?"
[ we see the STILL unknown mexican with an MP5K and a backwards baseball cap. He pulls out a can of pepsie. ]
Sabs(still inhailing a bite of sandwhich.) "hey man can a get a pepsie. It's the best."
Mexican:(most mexican accent ever) "hey, lardass, wanna see how to make pepsie cola better?"
Sabs:" fuck you... Okay.."
[ the mexican tosses the pepsie out the window and grabs a coke instead. Sabs looks at him in anger and takes another slobery bite of his sandwhich. ]
Nate:" we have a town. Supplies, good people, we have a way of survival.. You're welcome to come ashley.. Hell just come see it. If you don't want to stay i'll bring you back here and give you food and medicine and weapons."
Ashley:" really?"
Nate:" yes. Anything for an old friend."
Ashley:" thank you. "
[ Nate and ashley hear branches crush. Nate unholsters his weapon and points it in the direction. ]
Ashley:" it's probably nothing."
[ nate holds his weapon up and focuses on the woods. ]
Ashley:" come on let me show you inside............nate!"
[ nate lowers the gun and turns around. ]
Nate:" okay. You can't be too careful."
Ashley:" i know.."
[ camera shows josh sitting in the car. ]
Josh:" so we unviolently take there supplies? Who are we taking? "
Charlie:" anyone."
Josh:" no kids though."
Charlie:" especially a child. They'll do anything to protect the children. "
Josh:" what the fu..."
Sabs:" hey beaner! Hand me another sandwhich."
Unknown mexican:" the fuck you say to me fatty?"
Sabs:" get me another sandwhich you illegal sum..um..a..bitch..."
Mexican:"since you put it that way eśe. "
[ the mexican leans over and grabs a sandwhich. He takes it and just slams it into sabs' face. This causes sabs to move and accidentily pull the trigger of his masterkey, shooting out the window of charlies truck. Glass falls and pops a tire. Charlie honks twice and pulls over. He gets out of the truck as does everyone else. He looks at the damage. ]
Sabs:" i am so sorry sir. If that stupid mex.."
Mexican:" ohhh heyyy, ehat the fuck?! You called me a beaner and an illegal asshole. You got what was comming to you...  Diabetes.."
Sabs:" shut the fuck up before i kick your little brown ass."
Mexican:" bring it flabs!"
[ charlie turns and hits the mexican in the face.]
Sabs:" haha you stupid bi..."
[ charlie hits sabs in the eye and he falls to the ground.]
Sabs:" what the fuck?!"
Charlie:" everyone set up camp. We toll in at dawn!! "
[ camera cuts to nate hiding out of sight of a herd of zombies. Atleast 30 of them walking around. ]
Nate:" we need to go."
Ashley:" but this is home. We can wait."
Nate:" it's too unsafe! We have to go."
Ashley:" no! "
Zombie:" grrrrah..."
[ nate looks at ashley.]
Nate:" shhhhhhhhh."
[ nate looks up as a zombie breaks through the tent window.. Nate raises his gun... The camera is shown outside the tent. We see three flashes and gunshots.]
{ camera shows charlies group with a set up camp. They have a fire going. Charlie sits in deep thought. {
Stancik:" hey, we should be going right now."
Charlie:" we need our strength. We attack at dawn. Unseen. We'll just roll up and get it done."
Stancik:" what do you mean? I thought you said we would take a hostage to get the supplies?"
Charlie:" if that works.."
Stancik:" wait what?"
Charlie:" we'll do whatever we need to do.. Now put out this fire. It's bed time."
[ stancik douses the fire and the screen goes black. ]
{ We see a tent city. Destroyed. Covered in blood. We see bodies everywhere and a small fire. Inside we see bullet casings and brain matter. We see smoke and a few left over walking zombies. }
Nate:" i'm sorry.."
Ashley:" don't... It's not your fault.."
Nate:" i feel responsible.."
Ashley:" hey, you got us out of it alive... Thank you.."
Nate:" it's not a problem.."
[ as this is being said the camera sees a back of someone.. The guy turns his head and we see its sabs. Now we see nate and ashley walking tbrough the forest. They stumble across a walker. ]
Nate:" i got it.."
[ nate walks up and unsheathes his knife.. He looks at it and remembers it's broke ..]
Nate:" hey, let me see your knife.."
[ ashley hands it over and nate turns around.]
Ashley:" NATHAN!"
[ nate turns and the zombie is above him, he stabs it in the under jaw and tries to not get scratched. Then a gunshot is heard and the zombie jerks back with a bullet placed in it's skull. The camer shows a barrel of a black m9. It goes across it and we see sabs holding the gun. Nate pulls the knife out of the zombie and it falls to the ground.]
Sabs:" put down your weapons! "
Nate:" sabs?"
Sabs:" nate?!"
Nate:" what the hell?! "
Sabs:" what?"
Nate:" why the hell did you shoot?! You suck ass at shooting and you coulda killed me asshole!"
Sabs:" hahahahhaa oh nate... Thats why i'm out here.."
Nate:" what?"
Sabs:" say hello to my little friend asshole!!"
[ sabs starts firing shots into the ground around nate and ashley. Nate pushes ashley out of the way and then dives to cover. He cuts his hand open on a branch. The unknown mexican is shooting his mp5k when he suddenly takes three to the chest and one to the head. We see some randomn white guy take two to the chest and one three in the face. Sabs is shooting uncontrolably and accidentily killed his own men. He runs out of ammo. ]
Sabs:" shit..... Oh no oh no.."
Nate:" you done asshole?!"
Sabs:" uhhhh..."
[ nate gets up. He and ashley take off into the woods. Sabs stands there looking at his two fallen teammates. Then out from behind steps charlie and josh ]
Charlie:" what the fuck happened?!"
Sabs:" i uhhh..... He ugh... We went after nate... And uhhh. He kinda killed these two..."
Charlie:" is that what happened?"
Sabs:" yes sir!"
Josh:" hey! What kind of gun did he have?!"
Sabs:" his 1911. Why?"
Josh:" i'm no gun expert. Hell i'm not an expert in anything, but this was not done by a tiny ass 1911.."
Sabs:" well it was so."
Charlie:" sabs... Last chance... What happened?"
Sabs:" i told you! We found nate and he started shooting at us. He shot them down and then ran out of bullets before he could get me!"
Charlie:" so thats the story? Okay.. "
Sabs:" yeah.. "
Charlie:" okay, let's go..."
[ they gather the bodies and carry them back to the camp. Everyone is gathers around.]
Stancik:" what the hell happened?!"
Kyle koehler:" whoa, hey where are the other three?"
Josh:" dead.. "
Stancik:" what?! How?"
Josh:" it was na.."
Charlie:" this was a group of people. They attacked us and killed two men. They were great people. But we must carry on. They'll be missed but it can't hold us from our greater mission. Now, let's go get this done."

[the camera is on ground level and we see two people walking. After a few seconds we see their backs and in the backround we see nates town. ]
Nate:" this is it. Our town.."
Ashley: " why is there smoke?"
Nate:" probably burning bodies"
Ashley:" thats alot of bodies.. Was there alot of them?"
Nate:" i wouldn't know... I wasn't there."
[a gunshot is heard followed by screaming. All hell breaks loose. We hear gun fire and Nate picks up the pace and runs into the town. He stops.. A house is burning, walkers are everywhere, and people are shooting at the undead army. ]
Ashley:" what's going on?!"
Nate:" oh god, this is not good. Come with me ashley, come on"
[ they run past the dead and behind the shooters and make ir to nathans house. He brings ashley inside and they see ari, aaliyah, justin, christina, jessi, emily, and yevette.]
Yevette:" NATE?!"
Nate:" where is my dad whats going on?!"
Yevette:" we were worried sick! Where did you go?! "
Nate:" Where is my dad?!"
Yevette:" he's out there fighting somewhere."
[ ari hugs nate, and he pushes her off.]
Ari:" what?"
Nate:" ashley stay here."
[ nate runs outside and goes to stab a zombie but sees his knife it broken. He grunts and slams the handle into the zombies head. He runs past the men killing the dead. He kills one more before a car speeds into the sundivison. Charlie, stancik, sabs, amd drew step out and kill the remaining zombies. Robert walks up.]
Robert:" what whas that?!"
Charlie:" us doing you a favor. Now we have one."
[the camera zooms across charlies face as he smirks.]
