Neil Westfall - Fluff
"Y/N, I have a question for you." Neil stated.
"Neil, I'm kind of busy at the moment." You told him, gesturing to the empty merch tables. You were A Day to Remember's merch girl, and you were running a bit behind.
"It's important." He insisted, a strange grin on his face. You stopped what you were doing and placed a hand on your hip. You gave him an expectant look.
"Can you make it quick please? Doors open soon and-" You began, but he cut you off.
"Y/N, I wanted to ask you if you had plans after the show." He said casually.
"Uh," you were caught off guard. "I don't think so." You bit your lip and tried to remember if you had made plans.
"Well, the guys are going to a party. I'm not really in a party mood, and I thought maybe you'd like to join me in a non-party related activity." He smirked.
"Like what?" You asked, grinning.
"We could..." He furrowed his eyebrows. You could tell he hadn't gotten this far yet.
"Yes. I would like to join you for exactly that." You laughed.
"Cool." He smiled. "So...how about we meet at the bus after the show and we'll figure out what 'exactly that' is?"
"Sounds like a plan. I need to get set up. I'll meet you at the bus in a few." You smirked at him.
"Alright. See you then." He walked away and you thought you heard him whisper "yes!" under his breath, but you weren't sure.
After the show you made your way to the bus. It was a while before Neil finally made it there too, with all the fans wanting to meet him and whatnot.
"So what are we going to do?" You asked him.
"We could...play laser tag!" He suggested.
"Neil," you laughed, "I highly doubt there's any laser tag places open at midnight."
"Damn." He said under his breath.
"But that sounds fun. You owe me laser tag." You told him.
"Okay. I owe you laser tag." He smiled. "What do we do until we can play laser tag though?"
You both sat in thought for a moment. "Cat videos." You finally said.
"Cat videos?" You could tell that this is cuaght Neil off guard.
"Yes. Cat videos. Everyone loves cat videos." You smirked.
"Fair enough." He laughed. You two sat on the couch in the back lounge of the bus, watching cat videos on your laptop, laughing until tears ran down your faces.
Eventually the guys came home and you all went to bed. Before you fell asleep though, you felt Neil pull back the curtain of your bunk.
"Can we play laser tag tomorrow?" He whispered.
"Damn right we can." You smiled at him.
"Alright. Its a date." He smiled back.
"A date?" You raised your eyebrow.
"I- uh..."
"A date it is." You told him. "See you tomorrow Neil."
"Goodnight, Y/N."
