Days turn into weeks, soon months have passed and despite how long time has flown by. Nothing has changed, especially the Sawada HouseHold. After what has now dubbed 'The Undeniable Event' ,

The Family was more broken than before. Maybe worst.

Once it was a busy loving Father, a carefree Mother,  Over-Protective Brother, and the Usagi Little Brother.

Now it was nothing but an Alcoholic Father, a Suicidal Mother, and a Broken Brother.

What had happened had made such a great impact on the Family that even the town was affected by it, Seeing how the Famliy lived through the day was heart-breaking for the neighbors. Vongola who was informed of what had happened was blown away.

They Never expected this to Even happen.

"Giotto...please come out..."

A red haired stood in front of the door. The house was empty, dusty, neglected. The Mother was in the hospital because of an attempt of suicide, The Father was drowning in alcohol in a bar somewhere, The Brother- No... The Son locked himself to never see the light of day ever again. 

The Red haired male, knock on the door again. "..Giot-"

"SHUT UP!"

"-..tch...Giotto! HOW LONG ARE YOU GOING TO STAY IN THERE!?" The man was getting frustrated, The blonde refuses to eat or to even take a step into the hallway outside. He slammed his hand onto the door, hopeing that his words would reach his once 'Best-Friend'

"Do You Think That Tsuna Would Want This!?"

The Blonde refuses to talk, to see, to listen. 

The Fight is over, Now that He had permission to leave the hospital. Giotto would only think of one thing.... His Parents

"Ara? Welcome back Iey-Kun"

His Mother smiled, sitting on the couch with a smile. But Giotto knew, Somehow Nana was scared despite the bright smile on her face. His Mom immediately sat up, walking with speed towards her son. The Mother grabs both of Giotto's hands, looking around to see if there were any wounds.

"Mattaku Ley-Kun, You really need to be careful. No wonder Tsu-Kun is worried"

Giotto flinched at the spoken name, "..Tsuna......?" 

The Mother smiled, but oddly it seemed forced.

"Hm, You see, I was taking a nap and Tsu-Kun came to me and told me that you injured yourself....and..." She trailed off, "..And?" 

"...Tsu-Kun told me to look after you when He's Gone..."

Nana smiled, but Giotto saw through it. His Mother's hands were trembling, holding onto his hands tightly. "..Ne Ley-Kun...Where's Tsu-Kun?"

 "..Kaa-San......I'm..sor.ry..."

From that point, Everything went downhill. ....Everything...
