Mid July

It was finally mid July almost my birthday. It was morning. "Morning baby. How'd you sleep?" Josh asked me. "I slept well. What about you?" I say. "Good." Josh says. He kisses me slowly. "Your birthday is tomorrow." Josh says. "I know." I say with a smile. "Is there anything specific you want?" Josh asks. "I have all I need. My family, you, and the guys." I said. "Thats really sweet baby. I'm serious though. Is there anything Batman you want?" Josh says. That's when I realized I actually did want something. "Actually yes. These awesome Batman heels." I say. "I figured you would have said that." Josh says pulling out a shoe box. "Happy early birthday Ren." Josh says, and kisses me. "Thanks Josh." I say smiling, and I open the box. Look at my phone just to make sure. "It's cool. I'm usually up this early." Ashley says. Josh and Ashley high five quietly. "Same dude." Josh says. I look at him. "Since when are you up this early?" I ask Josh. "Ever since we've been together." Josh says. "That's sweet. I also have been having nightmares." I say. "About what?" Josh says. "I can hardly remember." I say. Josh wraps his arms around me. "It's okay baby."Josh says, and kisses me. I curl up with Josh and fell asleep.

It was 10:30 when I woke up. Everyone was in the lobby area, and Josh was asleep with his arms around me. I look at him and smile. After awhile Josh wakes up, and kisses me. "How'd you sleep baby?" Josh asks me. "I slept good love. How did you sleep?" I say. "I slept good." Josh says. Josh and I stand up. Josh hugs me, and then gets some coffee. "Want some coffee?" Josh asks. "No thanks." I say. Josh sits on the floor, and I sit next to him. "Ready for tomorrow?" My dad asks me. "Yesh." I say. We all laugh. Soon I will be seventeen.

-next morning-

I wake up at 10:45. "It's my birthday." I say tiredly. I stand up, no one is on the bus. Not even Josh. What kind of sick joke is this? I thought. I see a note on the counter, and read it. "Dear Renae, happy birthday. We all left to go get you a surprise. Sincerely, mom, dad, Josh, and the guys. P.s there is a monster energy in the fridge." I say the note back on the counter, and get the monster out of the fridge. I say on the couch, and opened my monster. I hate being alone. Especially on my birthday. I thought. "Happy birthday to me huh?" I said to myself. Josh walks in. "Happy birthday baby. Come outside. " Josh says. I take a drink of my monster and went outside. "How big is this surprise?" I ask. "Big." Josh says. We start walking towards this building. I see the big sign "Cincinnati Stadium". My dad meets us inside, and takes us back stage. "Whoa." I say. "Ren I need to have you change into this." My dad says handing me a Batman dress. "Okay." I say. I walk to the dressing rooms and get changed into the dress. I walk back out, my dad starts clapping, then my mom, Josh, and the guys. "You look beautiful Ren." My dad says. "Hell yeah you do." Josh says. "Come on. Makeup. " my mom says dragging me to a mirror. "You have a strong grip mom." I say. "True. What do you want done?" My mom says. "Smokey eyes." I say. "Alright." My mom says.

-10 minutes later-

"Done. " my mom says. I look I the mirror. "I love it." I say. "Good." My mom says. "Thanks mom." I say smiling. I stand up and walk over to Josh. "Here you'll need these." Josh says handing me my Batman heels he got me. I slip them on. "Thanks baby." I say. "Your welcome Ren." Josh says, and kisses me. "The guys are on stage. I'll go out there first then I'll call you out." My dad says to me. I nod. "Good luck." My mom and Josh say at the same time.

I quickly run on stage. "How the fuck is Cincinnati today?!" I say into the Mic. The crowd screams with excitement. "As you all know I have my badass daughter with me, and today is her birthday." I say. The crowd screams again. "Come on out Renae." I say.

-Renae-

I come out on stage and everyone screams. "Happy birthday Ren." My dad says. My dad hands me the Mic. "How the hell is Cincinnati?" I say. The crowd screams. "Dad I love you, so I'm going to sing for you. How does that sound Cincinnati?" I yell. The crowd screams. "Good Bye Agony!" The crowd exclaims. "You heard them boys. Goodbye Agony." I say.

I get done singing, the crowd goes wild, and my dad smiles.

As Ren finished up singing the crowd goes wild, and I'm smiling like an idiot. Damn she's got a voice. I thought. She hands me the Mic and I continue the show.
