Sealy POV

I turned to see John lying on the floor.All my strength that had been focused on Jerdin had hurt John.What an idiot I am! I thought I was kicking Frit but I was kicking John.Suddenly,I started hitting my head on the edge of the near by table.Every time,I hit the table I could feel a bruise form on my brow.

Then an arm wrapped around my waist pulling me away from the table.Sam.It was Sam.Normally,I would fall on Sam's shoulder and cry ;however, this time I couldn't.Sam,whom I admired,wasn't hurt.John was.Immediately,I crawled to John and jumped on him securing him into a forgiving hug.Damp and salty,his jumper had become from my tears.When I looked back at Sam, I saw a forlorn ghoust.He looked like his world has been torn apart from the seams and then left to rot in pieces. Was it I that had hurt him? Dare I ask this question.Now,I was with John so Sam would just have to wait.

Sam POV

I can't believe it.I feel like a deflated balloon .Worse than that a popped balloon. What had I done wrong? I thought I had shown her my feelings; obviously not. As soon as I saw her hug (shiver) John ,I decided to go back to the stone table.Then I just sat there. A while later, Sealy joined me by sitting next to me again before trying to place her hand on my thigh.I turned over and removed her hand from my leg. Huh! No way!

Once again, Jerdin started speaking : So does everyone understand why we had that ( cough look at Sealy) outburst? By now, everyone was at the table.
Immediately ,"No I don't understand, " from John. "Basically,Frit phoned the school to take his son out to save him from the storm.The problem was the teachers believed Jerdin was safer with the school and wouldn't let him leave. At the end of the phone call Frit said and I quote: Although you won't be here to see tomorrow. We thought he said this because he thought the storm would kill them ; however, he did instead.Coming into school,he had no weapons or mabey he did have some but either way using his gun or the gun in Jerdin's bag he shot everyone in the school.After,he escaped with Jerdin.For some reason unknown,they dragged the bodies into the staff room but forgot me the chimney sweep who was ,like always ,up the chimney. I survived." I preached.

"Right now to make an agreement," I countinued.
"What shall we do ?" Sealy asked."I ," Frit started "won't have any say in this topic seeing as you are a filthy murder. " I finished.After we started the discussion. It was clear it would take a while.

A long while.

Hours later,we had an agreement that was signed by each member of the company.Yes,it was long and tedious but it stated all the rules and regulations of the group.Here it was sitting on the stone table.All I had to do was sign.Sign it.All I had to do...

Every member of the company must protect each other and share any food, water or fuel found with the rest of the group.

Hurting or killing any member of the group is prohibited and you will be asked to leave the group if this rule is broken.

Frit Scoot always travels with a trusted member of the group also John and Sam should try not to be in each others company.

Relationships beetween members of the group are allowed but under strict warning.

Any other humans found alive should be taken under wing and offered a space in our group.

The aim of this operation is to survive.
