Eversince the incident that ____ and Taehyung had, they never talked to each other, not even a single word.
Reader's P.O.V.
"Hey, ____. Is everything alright? You don't look fine today." Aylee said worryingly.
"Oh, I'm alright. Why'd you ask?" I questioned.
"From what I knew, you and Taehyung would normally talk to each other. But it's been a week and both of you didn't say a single word to each other." She explained.
"Um... we're both just busy that's why can't talk to each other for now." I let out a nervous laugh.
"I see..." She just looked at me like she doesn't believe me.
"Whatever. I'm not going to mind your privacy between you and him. Just tell me if you want to and I'll help." She added.
"But, if you both did something wrong, it would be better if you both apologised to each other. Anyway, I have an officer's meeting today. Good luck, ____!" And with that, Aylee left.
I guess I really need to apologise... I said in thought as I started packing my things and left the classroom.
-End of P.O.V.-
As she was walking, she saw Jungkook, who sort of had finished soccer practice. As Jungkook finished fixing his stuff, he suddenly notice her.
"Hey, ____." Jungkook greeted as he ran up to her.
"Oh, hey." She greeted back.
"You've been acting different for almost a week. What happened?" Jungkook said.
"It's nothing important." She sighed.
"Come on, ____. It's obvious." He said, sounding like she can't fool him.
"Well, I have a small argument with a friend. Small yet personal, which crap just got real and yeah. I don't know if we'll ever get along again." She explained as her face saddened.
"____... Friends sometimes have fights or arguments. But, I would suggest that you and your friend should talk it out. Well, you wouldn't get along with your friend if both you haven't started any progress yet." Jungkook said as he ruffled her hair.
"Thanks, Jungkook. You're the best." She said with a smile as she fixed her ruffled hair.
"So, you're gonna talk it out with your friend now?" He questioned.
"Yeah..." She replied.
"Good luck then, ____." He smiled as he patted her back.
"Bye!" She bid goodbye and left.
Jungkook's P.O.V.
"But who's that friend that she's talking about?" He muttered to himself as he continued minding his own business.
Taehyung's P.O.V.
I was wrong. I shouldn't have done that to her. I was just... having a hard time and I'm quite mad of the problems I'm having. But instead, I let out all my anger to her, which she doesn't deserve it.
I didn't talk to her because she might be mad at me and I don't want to piss her off.
I failed myself as her knight. I'm so stupid...
I... want to apologise to her.
-End of P.O.V.-
Taehyung quickly ran to find ____ all over the campus. He never stopped even if he can't take it anymore as long as he finds her.
"____!" He shouted as he already found her.
"Taehyung?" She said in surprise as she stopped walking.
"____..." He went to her and stopped his tracks, then panting heavily.
"I... I'm sorry, ____. I was so stupid to let all my anger and being an asshole to you. I'm really sorry-" She suddenly placed her index finger on Taehyung's lips.
"Shh. It's okay, Taehyung. I know that you've been through a lot. Well, I also want to say sorry for making things harder for you. But, you should not do that again. It really made me think that you hate me." She said as she putted her hand down.
"No. I don't hate you. I really don't. If only if this marriage thing never happened." He said.
"Taehyung, you have the freedom to choose. Because choices have different outcomes of what will happen. So, you better choose wisely or who knows what might happen." She said as she let out a soft smile.
He suddenly hugged her tightly.
"____, I'm really sorry. Sometimes, choices that are chosen cannot happen so easily. But thank you..." He said as he holds up his tears.
"You can cry, Taehyung. Sometimes, you have to let go of your tears, even as a man." She said as she patted his back.
He then cried, letting out a lot of tears, but with a silent cry.
-Soon-
"Sorry for crying too much..." Taehyung said as he sniffed while they're both walking.
"It's no big deal. You got to let go of your emotions, you know." She said as she giggled.
But seriously, he cried for like 5 minutes.
"So, are we still friends?" He questioned.
"I was about to ask you the same thing." She said.
"Then, it's a yes." He said as he let a chuckle.
"We're here." She said as they both stopped right in front of her house.
"I guess it's a goodbye then." He said.
"You mean, 'See you tomorrow'?" She let out a small laugh.
"Hahaha, yeah." He said as he showed his box-like grin.
They both waved goodbye and they both went home.
-Next day-
"Wow. I can't believe my advice really worked." Aylee said as she let out a short giggle.
"Hey, ____." Taehyung suddenly greeted.
"Hey-"
"Taehyung-oppa! Why didn't you wait for me?" A girl who is whining suddenly ran up to him and wrapped her hand around his arm and held his arm.
"W-What are you doing-" He said as he tried to let his arm out from her tight hold.
"Um... who's this?" ____ questioned in confusion.
"You don't know me? I'm Charlenne..." She paused as she rested her head on Taehyung's shoulder and held his arm.
"...Charlenne Chen, his fiancé."
