The Date

Jamie's pov
Today was the day it was the day I was going on my date with my new boyfriend Lasercorn I'm super excited but I slept in so its noon and now I only have like 5 hours till he comes and picks me up I might as well start to get ready for my date I grabbed a red dress that cut off just before my knees with a white bow at the back and I grabbed my favourite pair of flats they were black with a small black bow at the end of the toes I hopped in the shower when I got out of the shower I dried off And put on my bath robe and grabbed my hair dryer and straightener and did my hair I realized the mint green tips were gone I was kind of sad so I finished doing my hair then grabbed shorts and a hoodie and ran downstairs yelling "bye Matt I'm going to be back soon okay " as I ran out the door grabbed my keys and hopped in my car and drove down to the salon when I got their the receptionist asked me what I was here for "hi welcome to pink pup salon what can we help you with " "I'm here to re-dye the ends of my hair " I said she walked me to the hair dying section I sat down and looked through the colour book I picked one out just as the lady who was going to do my hair got over to me "hi what colour would you like " she said in a very peppy voice "umm I'll have light blue please and thank you " I said "okay I'll be right back just hang tight " she said as she walked over to the back room she came back a couple minutes later and started to do my hair when it was done I went to the counter and paid and walked out I ran to my car hopped in and drove home i now only had 2 more hours till David picked me up I was so excited and a little bit nervous I got home ran back up to my room and put on my dress and my flats and walked downstairs "hey sis you look good " Matt said coming up behind me scaring me a little "thanks Matt " I said grabbing some water and walking back up to my room to go do my make up I grabbed my makeup bag I don't normally wear makeup so I wasn't very good at putting it on I did my makeup and I looked over to see I had 1 hour left till David came I walked downstairs Matt was watching cartoons so I just grabbed a light snack and started playing games on my phone the door bell rang and I felt my heart starting to beat faster and faster I walked over to the door and opened it and was relieved to see that it was just Schroeder "hey Schroeder come on In" I said as I let him come in the house "thanks Jamie and may I just say wow you look so beautiful " he said as we sat down at the counter "thanks Schroeder it's for my date with David in about half an hour " I said as I got up and got Schroeder some water "thanks and sure he will think you look like a goddess cause you do " he said befriend taking a sip of his water we stared talking about random stuff when the doorbell rang Schroeder got up and answered it "oh hey David " I heard him say as he gave me the sign to get up and go over to the door I did as Schroeder signalled me to do I walked over to the door to see David in a tux with a red tie and black dress shoes he looked so handsome "hey Jamie " he said as he grabbed my hand and handed my flowers he's such a gentle man "thanks David " I said as I took to flowers "ready to go gorgeous " he said smiling at me "yeah I am David Schroeder can you put these in a vase " I said handing Schroeder the flowers "sure thing Jamie have fun you two " Schroeder said as we walked out the door no one said bye to Matt cause he fell asleep just after Schroeder got here me and David walked to truck and got in I couldn't wait for tonight we were going to the fanciest restaurant in town 'always ice' it was so fancy I was nervous that I wasn't dressed fancy enough  to go to a place like this

David's pov
I really hope Jamie likes it hear I had to make reservations 2 weeks ago but it will be worth it for sure I get to eat dinner at super fancy place with my girlfriend Jamie we ordered out drinks and our food and started to talk about work and the Easter party Smosh games was going to have a couple days after Easter since everyone would be busy on Easter but I'm not going to see my family they live far away and I don't really want to do I'll probably just have a movie marathon day our food came we both got steaks we ate with little speaking here and there but we were both so hungry we didn't really talk when the bill came we both wanted to pay for the bill but I instead that I'd pay cause I want to make a good impression she ended up giving in and letting me pay we left the restaurant and it was only 8 and the sun was just starting to go down so I knew where I wanted to take her I drove straight to makeup point it was the most romantic place in the city we got there and got out I didn't think Jamie cared cause she didn't say anything like why are we here and not at my house we walked to the bench that was near the edge and held each others hand I started to lean in she did the same our lips pressed against each other's I swear there were fireworks when we kissed right as we broke the kiss Jamie got a phone call her ringtone was stitches by Shawn Mendes "I think we found our song " I said as I grabbed her hand as we walked back to my truck we got in and I drove Jamie back to her house I walked her up to the door kissed her good night and walked back to my truck and went home when I got home I got undressed put my pyjamas on and went to bed thinking that in 1 week it's Easter and I could do something really cheesy  for Jamie
Jamie's pov
I just got home from my amazing date with David there was a not from Schroeder
Hey James I hope you had an awesome time on your date I put the flowers in your light purple vase in your room they are on your desk see you tomorrow

Awww that's so cute of him I walked up to my room and saw the vase I got dressed into my pyjamas and went to bed I can't wait for my next date with David
