When Life Took A Turn...

Chapter 3 -- Scouting

It was too hot outside to be walking around. I had forgot it was about ninety degrees out here. I felt like I was baking in an oven. The heat wasn't bothering Leah one bit because she was too focused on finding a cutie before the scouting mission was over. It had been twenty minutes and yet still no luck for her. She was not giving up at all.

"Girl have you seen any cuties cause it's dead in my eyes" she said disappointingly

"Honestly, no I don't see anything either" I said

She kept walking further and further. Man I didn't realize how long of a walk this campus truly was. It was huge. I hope I don't have classes over here because I would be late every single day. It is no where near my dorm area.

We spotted the rec center and walked inside. It was a few people in there. We sat down so we could cool off a little bit before continuing our walk around campus.

"I'm sad I haven't spotted any eye candy. I was hoping to test the waters tonight with a nice chocolate cutie. Get pleased and wake up in his arms" she said through a pout.

"It's ok. We haven't looked everywhere and plus maybe the cuties haven't moved in yet or they are just hiding" I said

"Well if that's true they need to hurry up and make their way to campus or stop hiding and start showing they face so I can rill them in" she said

We chilled for a few minutes and continued the scouting journey. I had to admit. This was pretty boring due to the fact all we been doing is walking. I can say I got my workout in for the night and that's the only good thing that has come out of this walk.

We started to head back to the dorm area and that's when Leah finally spotted her an eye candy. He looked about 6'5. He was dark skin, with a nice taper hair cut. He was built. He had nothing on but basketball shorts and socks with adidas flip flops. You could tell he was only out to show off to the ladies. It was working cause Leah was definitely drooling and getting wet by the second of staring at him.

"Girl wait right here. I will be back. Maybe while you here you can take a few pointers on how to get a man inside your net and keep him there." She said as she walked towards the guy

Leah and the guy was doing tons of flirting. She was laughing so hard and playing with her hair. I could tell she was really into this guy. I could tell he was feeling her too because he kept staring at her booty. I saw him mouth can I touch your booty and I saw her mouth sure I don't care. He was grabbing and playing with her ass for a good minute. He was fascinated by the juiciness of her booty. They finally exchanged numbers and gave a hug. I had never seen anything like it except on homecoming and prom night.

"Girl I think he finna be the one for the night" she said excitedly

"What makes you so sure?"

That was a turn on. Then when he picked me up to show off his strength. He won me over with that. He told me to hit him up tonight so you know I have to so I can get what I want." "Well I'm happy for you. I guess walking around for almost a hour was worth it I see." I said

"Yes well worth it. But we can head back if you want too. It is kinda hot out here." She said

It's crazy how she just now noticing it's hot out here. I'm over here sweating bullets and been ready to head back to the room a long time ago.

As we were walking I spotted a guy who caught my eye. He was about 5'10 and brown skin. He was muscular, the attractive muscular look. He had on a white beater with black basketball shorts on. He had on some clean black Jordan's and topped it off with a black SnapBack to the back. What caught my eye was his smile. It was so white and perfect. And he looked so good to me. I didn't noticed I was staring so hard until Leah pointed it out.

"I see you staring at the cutie over there. You should go over there and talk to him." She said with a big grin

"No I'm good. I'm not focused on guys right now" I said

As I said that I felt myself began to look again and that's when me and him locked eyes. I began to feel butterflies because he ended up smiling at me. I felt myself blush and smiled right back at him. We were probably staring at each other for about a good ten minutes. His boys finally nudged him to move and Leah pulled my arm. I knew there was a chance I would probably never see this man again but at least my eyes and memories have something good to remember.

"Girl you should have went over there and talked to him" she said with frustration

"I know but I told you I'm not good when it comes to stuff like that. I never know what to say to a guy. I probably wasn't even his type." I said

"Like I told you in the room. You everybody type as long as you don't play hard to get" she said

"Well I'm a virgin and don't plan on losing that until I feel like I'm with the right person" I said

"Blah blah. Like I said you in college now. Ain't no such thing as being a virgin. You have to accept that and move on" she said

As we were still walking, the only thing I could think about was that guy and what Leah had said. Is true I won't no longer be a virgin? Will I honestly become easy? Would I become addicted to sex? It was all too much for my mind to think about right now but honestly I just wanted to know the answers to all my questions.
