Coffee for breakfast, yum!

I had an apple before dance.
1:30pm - 2:30pm
Ballet, I was so self conscious because it was watching week and we are only aloud to wear tights, a leotard and shoes so everyone could see how fat I am and some of the cuts on my thighs.
3pm
I got new drink bottle thats 950mls and tracksuit pants and they are a size small, I've gone down a size!
I am having lunch now, 1 slice of toast with blackcurrant jam and a coffee.
5pm
I'm having chia tea and a slice of mud-cake with my grandparents and doing my maths homework.
6:30pm
Had pasta with sauce and cheese for dinner.
8:30pm
I have no control I hate it. I hate the weekends so much, I have to eat. I hate it, I had a bowl of ice cream and another slice of cake. I feel un-clean, I'm just a fat pig.
